Exochi 4 - New traditional house with sea views

Built according to the traditional cycladic architecture and equipped with all modern amenities, the house is ideal for couples and families with one or two children. It is located in Krotiri, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Parikia, 3km from the town center (vehicle recommended) and just 500m from the magnificent and wind-sheltered beach of Martselo. It is part of the "Exochi Traditional Houses", a complex of four independent and fully equipped houses with spectacular sea views.

New stone made house, built in a minimal cycladic style nestled in a high spot on a slope benefiting from stunning view of the bay and town of Parikia.The house is 100 sq.m and consists of a living room with kitchen and dinning area, 1 en-suite master bedroom and 2 more bedrooms share a large bathroom. (LBM) 5' DISTANCED FROM THE BEACH, QUIET, PEACEFUL

LIGHT -BLUE MAISONETTE is a three-level house with 3 bedrooms (a twin bed, two single beds, three single beds), 2 bathrooms, one plan kitchen-living room (sofa- bed). It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. On the ground floor level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a living room around the fireplace. You can also enjoy our porch with direct access to our garden. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom and you can relax on our veranda.

Poseidon Cycladic villa close to the sea

Belle maison Cycladique indépendante dans un beau jardin et proche de la mer. Parikia, port et village principale de l'île est à 2 km de la maison. Environnement très calme. La maison possède une grande chambre double avec vue mer, un vaste salon avec 2 banquettes pouvant être utilisées comme lits simples, un espace repas et une cuisine ouverte. A l'extérieur, la terrasse ombragée donne sur lamer et de superbes couchers de soleil. Les plages de Krios sont à 500m.

Loads of love and effort for this particular house. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Krios Luxury Suites) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the noise. Here you will find your piece and calmness.

Το σπίτι είναι καινούργιο, σύγχρονο, με νησιώτικη αρχιτεκτονική. Βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Κρωτήρι, ένα όμορφο και ήσυχο προάστιο της παροικιάς. Συνδυάζει μαγευτική θέα στον κόλπο της παραλίας Μαρτσέλο όπου μπορείτε να φτάσετε σε μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Επιπλέον, το σπίτι μας απέχει μολις 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο της παροικιάς με μεταφορικό μέσο ή με το καραβάκι από το μόλο της παραλίας Μαρτσέλο.

Paros Infinity View -Krotiri

Το Infinity View βρίσκεται στο Κρωτήρι της Πάρου μόλις 10 λεπτά από το λιμάνι και την Παροικιά. Κοντά υπάρχουν οργανωμένες παραλίες αλλά και ελεύθερες μόλις 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια ή 5 λεπτά οδηγώντας . Η θέα που προσφέρει το κατάλυμα είναι μαγευτική και απεριόριστη! Το καλύτερο σημείο για να απολαύσετε το ηλιοβασίλεμα ! Σπίτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια.
