Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa offers space for up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). Our small holiday home is located in the quiet village of Peenemünde. The comfortably furnished 50 sqm of cottage can accommodate from 2 to 4. In the house there is one bedroom with double bed, one kitchen-living room with pull-out couch and one bathroom with shower. The wonderful Baltic Sea beach is well accessible by bicycle.

There is a studio apartment with a fold-out sofa for two people. An additional sleeping place for one person is a sponge mattress. Guests can use the kitchen equipment, smart TV, washing machine.
