The apartment offers a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. There is a free parking lot not too far away and also a lake where you can swim for free.

The cozy 35 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor. It sleeps up to 2 people. Kitchen and bathroom are separately accessible. Fridge, gas stove, microwave and coffee maker are available, as well as various Dishes for cooking. Internet (Wi-Fi) is also available and included in the price. In 4 minutes you are at the train station, from which you are in the city (Westbahnhof) in 17 minutes. A large shopping center is 5 minutes away.
