We had great, relaxing days at the place. Wiebke and her husband were very warm hosts and the accommodation invites you to relax. The location is very quiet and private, yet you can quickly walk to Babelsberg. Berlin or Potsdam can be reached very easily by public transport. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay and can only recommend it. The garden and the pool are a big highlight.

Despite a delayed start to our stay, Thomas was incredibly helpful and made sure we were well settled when we finally arrived. His property is located in a fantastic, quiet, and exclusive neighbourhood—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We made great use of the BBQ and pool during our stay, and Thomas’s recommendation for a local butcher was spot on, adding to an already wonderful experience. 20 minute drive to Berlin if needed Highly recommend!

We spent four great relaxing days here with our dog. Just doing nothing and letting our souls wander, that did us a lot of good. Delicious chocolate was ready for us as a welcome. The huge, beautiful garden is close to nature and laid out with a lot of love and flair. We also felt very comfortable in the beautiful rustic house and made ourselves comfortable in front of the fireplace on the cooler evenings. Jacqueline is very warm and was always quickly available when there was a question. She was also very accommodating with the check-out. We will soon return to this enchanting place!

Fabulous house in a nice suburb of Berlin with easy access to the city and surrounding area by car (I didn't use public transportation so can't comment on that). Everything was perfectly clean and well equipped. Loved the mattress and the shower and the sound system. There were no downsides! The dartboard was also fun to have. Benjamin was a great host. He and his family live there much of the time so I was lucky the place was available!

Hans-Joachim greeted us directly and welcomed us warmly. Super nice hosts. The house is a dream, the pool and jacuzzi just a perfect quiet place to relax. We were on a business trip and at the same time we combined our honeymoon. I can and will recommend it to everyone. The pool and garden are completely opaque from the sides. Simply feel good☺️

Hartmut was a wonderful, responsive host to all our inquires. The space was cozy and plenty big enough for our group to enjoy a nice winter weekend. Beautiful walks around the neighborhood.

We were in the holiday home by the lake for a good week in May 2025 and enjoyed this time of rest very much. The cottage is located directly on the Rahmersee and the view from the conservatory to the lake is simply fantastic at any time of the day or year. If you are looking for peace and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle, you are in wonderful hands here. The holiday home with the beautiful natural garden was also a great pleasure for our dog. I spent a wonderful weekend with my friends in the lovingly furnished holiday home. We had a relaxed and all-round beautiful time. Nico and his family have designed the house with a lot of heart and a high standard of quality – you immediately feel comfortable. The kitchen is excellently equipped (probably better than our own!) and left nothing to be desired when cooking. The spa area with sauna and hot tub was a real highlight and rounded off our wellness weekend perfectly. I would also like to highlight Nico's communication: always friendly, helpful and available at all times. Our wishes were all fulfilled - we could not have imagined it better. A clear recommendation - both for the house and for the great host family.

Beautiful place by the lake and looked as described. We were 8 of us and still felt spacious. The patio and dining area is big. We cooked so much and all the utensils were good to have. Kajaking, boating at the lake is really nice. Everyday one can go swim and take many walks here. The space is very calm and i would highly recommend this.

What a cozy, lovey cottage in the peaceful beautiful neighborhood that gives you a taste of Germany. Surrounded by nature it has a feel of very quiet home away from home. With a short 5 min walk to the bus stop there is a short ride to the train stations from where we explored Berlin and Potsdam, and got to the airport to fly back home. Marcella is a wonderful host and a great communicator. We had such a good time staying there, enjoyed it immensely. If we happen to go to Berlin in the future, Marcella's cottage will be our first choice. Thank you Marcella!

A very lovely, quiet place to stay in beautiful surroundings. My two young kids loved entertaining themselves the toys and there was plenty of space. I loved to have a cup of coffee in the beautiful dining room looking out on the garden. The grocery store around the corner was very convenient. The home is just as lovely at the pictures and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Berlin. The host was kind and responsive.

If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The house was perfectly prepared upon our arrival: The beds were freshly made, everything was clean, tidy and immediately ready to move in. We found the kitchen to be particularly practical, where you could start cooking and roasting right away. We will be happy to come back. Many thanks!

A great, modern holiday home in a beautiful setting. We used canoe and rowboat extensively to explore the large, idyllic lake. The garden and terrace offer a great view of the water. The house has everything you need, it is very clean and the kitchen is super equipped. We'll be back!
