This is the second time we go to Pika and we don't want to change the accommodation when we go to the sea in Bulgaria. Cleanliness, tranquility, greenery, pool and last but not least the overall area is quiet and not so crowded on Cabacum beach, like on other beaches from reputable resorts. Clean beach and extraordinarily clean water!

I loved the apartment, perfect for one person or a couple. Walking distance to everything in that area. And i loved the outside area which was like a beer garden. Ground floor space and no issues. No problems at all. And a great host, thank you Stiliyan, i hope to be back.

Clean,nicely arranged apartment,equipped with what is needed to have a carefree stay. Very communicative and responsive host - considering that in 2 days the water was stopped, he proposed us ( and we accepted) to move to another location, being the eve of the new year and not knowing how long it can take to fix the problem in the entire area. The second apartment also clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, an advantage for us traveling with a little poodle. I recommend, on a new visit to Varna we will come back to you. We had a great stay at this lovely apartment in Varna. It’s in a charming, central neighborhood—close to both the beach and the city center. There was plenty of space and sleeping arrangements for five people, and the apartment was very clean and well-prepared with all the essentials. The kitchen was spacious, bright, and well equipped. There’s a small convenience store right at the corner, and a larger supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, which was super convenient. Getting into the apartment was straightforward, with clear instructions provided. Just a heads-up: the staircase is narrow and could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. But overall, we were very happy with the place and would gladly stay here again!

As described - good value for the price and close to the beach

The home has amazing views of the sea. It is also very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Romiana always responded quickly to my messages, and both she and her partner were very responsive to resolve any issues. The only thing is that the accommodation is accessed by stairs (which is mentioned in the listing), not very comfortable in case of having small children with a cart.

Second time we stayed here, will definitely return.

Great place to stay! Quiet and quiet area perfect for family with kids! The house was very pleasant and clean! Had everything you need for a nice stay. The host was very friendly and concerned with providing the best service as well as giving good recommendations for patios in Varna. Recommended! :)

We had a great time at the place. It was clean and perfectly described. Rumyana was very flexible and made our stay lovely. We would love to stay again! The place is also full of great amenities such as karaoke , games and a lovely garden. Thank you for the great birthday stay 😊

It''s been a pleasure staying here! The room was exactly as shown in the picture, everything was super clean & cozy, the garden is fabulous! Dora is extremely kind & always responsive, she shared some of the best figs and tomatoes from her garden. Definitelly recommending this!

Absolute heartfelt recommendation 💜 We were very lucky to stay in this wonderful accommodation in Bulgaria for a second time and what can I say - it was just perfect! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the lovingly designed welcome greeting made us feel right at home. The apartment was sparkling clean, super cozy and furnished with so much attention to detail – you can just feel that someone is a host with heart. Everything you need was there - from towels to kitchen utensils to small touches like snacks, water and coffee. You didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the stay. Lusia and Kevin are incredibly friendly, helpful and absolute people of the heart. So much warmth and hospitality is rare! I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and will definitely come a third time💜

Our stay in Detelina’s place was excellent! The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. The view from the balcony is stunning, the location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants and shops.
