Mrs. Dida's unit really clean and comfortable. Also all the furniture works really well. I appreciate Pak Ilo as doorman too who responsive and really helpfull. Recommended!

Pak Yusak's apartment is clean and tidy there are 2 large rooms and a sofa bed complete kitchen equipment and there is a washing machine too although this unit is quite old, it looks like the unit is well maintained highly recommended for a place to stay during holidays in jakarta with family

Host is very accomodating and helpful to every queries ask. Travelled in group of 4. The place offers 2 bedrooms, 1 shared toilet with heater and washing machine, living room with tv that offers local tv shows (and Mi Stick with Netflix - you can log in own account and don't forget to log out!), plenty of mirrors - good for ladies, small kitchen/dining area with fridge, water dispenser with hot, warm and cold setting, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Location is also strategic, next to Thamrin City and easy for ehailing/driver to pick up to-fro. Rooms for improvement - hoping more pillows and comforter especially for the single bed room with extra bed, and for longer stay, perhaps can offer bigger trash bin/can.

Delzyanna's house is perfect for a large family. The house has everything for a comfortable stay for a family. We were 19 people including kids and elders and we had a great stay.

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Had a great stay here. The place is very quiet and peaceful. customer service was very responsive in helping us checking in and solving problems, the light suddenly go off and they had a person came to check and fix it. the electronic devices operate without any problem overall it was a great experience staying here. thank you

I spontaneously had to extend the stay, which wasn't a problem at all. Pris was so very kind, understanding and helpful in so many ways! We had a great connection and communication was direct. I am definitely staying in this house again when I come back to Jakarta!

Sara is a great host. Very informative and was always fast to respond to all inquiries. She relayed clear instructions and with pictures making it easier to follow. The place is as described and very clean. All amenities worked. The place has 2 Tv's, one in the bedroom and the second Tv in the living room. The balcony has a nice view of the street, the shops and street food vendors below. The apartment is right above Thamrin City Mall with hundreds of shops for all your needs from groceries, food, clothes etc. KFC, coffee shops, Mini Mart, Middle eastern Mandi, Kabsa, Biryani restaurant available at the ground floor. Mosques are nearby too. The popular and must see Grand Indonesia Mall, Plaza Indonesia Mall are a 5 minute walk from the apartment building. The Wifi worked well for internet access. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Jakarta.

Great place to stay! The place is so pretty and Jennifer maintains it really well. There are lots of amenities and tools we could use, and it felt very homey. The apartment building is also clean and well-maintained, and the neighborhood is peacefully quiet. There's a gym and a swimming pool too — I might bring my workout clothes next time! My mom and I stayed at Al's again for the second time—and we loved it! The place felt like a true home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels and towel mats in the bathroom, hangers, proper amount of utensils, etc. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, with the place being regularly cleaned and maintained, which made for a worry-free and pleasant experience. Al was also responsive as always. Highly recommend!

As described for the room and other rooms, clean. Pros: very responsive host, close to mall and security is friendly and helpful. Cons: It takes more effort to find a car parking lot, especially during office hours with typical Jakarta parking rates. It won't be a problem if you don't bring a car.

This place is huge, but very homely and a separate office was of great benefit to me. Lovely host who helped with both check-in and check-out and was very flexible with the times. It is in a great location and very convenient for parking, taxis and shopping. Will most definitely stay again when in Jakarta Many thanks Theo!

I had a wonderful stay at this place, The place itself was lovely, but what really made the experience special was the host. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I accidentally missed the check-out instructions and ended up leaving an hour late, but she was so understanding and helpful, which I truly appreciated. It’s not always easy to find hosts who are as thoughtful and considerate as she is. If you’re looking for a place with a warm atmosphere and a host who genuinely cares, I can’t recommend this spot enough. Thank you for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable!
