Downtown cozy little house, renovated in 2018. Walking distance to the ferry harbour where you can easily island jump in Kragerø's beautiful archipelago. The house is located on a small(70m) charming hill(therefore not suitable for people with difficulty walking) as it is often in Kragerø with narrow roads and crooked paths. Plenty of free parking down the road. The house is very unoccupied despite its downtown location. The road up and the gate is shared with another house(assembled). Private entrance and outdoor space.

Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.
