Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Das Haus war sauber und richtig toll! Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen! :) Deniz war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

We had a very pleasent reception at Kutays house-his parents were waiting for us and his mother even baked a cake. Very lovely people. We did not meet Kutay, but we could reach him any time and he responded very fast. The house is cozy and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and you can enjoy a nice garden with a pool, sunbeds and different terraces/balkonies. There are a few things you should be aware of: The house is not in a walking distance to a shop or market in Dalyan so we would recomend a car or bikes. You should like cats or at least not hate them, because there are quite a few and they are used to be pampered! Because of the mature garden there are many mosquitos (which is common in Dalyan) so you should bring/buy insect repellant.

We stayed in Kamals Villa in Dalyan last week with a party of six including 2 late teenagers and grandparents. This Villa and its amenities is by far one of the best we have ever stayed in . It's clean , comfortable, has everything you need like a home from home . It is an easy walk to the local supermarket and shops where you will find plenty of restaurants and things to do and see. The local people are so friendly and welcoming . Kemal was a fantastic host , always ready on txt msg to organise delivery of water and anything else we needed. He also gave us some fish to cook on the bbq which he caught himself . It was delicious. Thank you Kemal and your family for making our stay so special.

Mustafa Bey'e, eşine ve dünya tatlısı kızına çok teşekkür ederiz :) Keyifli tatilimize harika bir ev sahipliği yaptılar. Ev ve bahçeye dair herşey fotoğraflarda göründüğünden çok daha güzeldi. Ev temiz, evin içindeki tüm eşyalar yeterli ve zevkle döşenmişti. Odalar geniş ve her odaya ait banyo detayı 2 ailenin konaklaması için güzel bir detay. Havuzun büyüklüğü gayet iyi, yanında duş oluşu da bu ihtiyacı karşılamış oluyor. Bahçe yeşillikler içinde ve meyve ağaçlarından dalından kopardığımız dutlar masamızı renklendirdi. Balkondaki manzara öyle muazzam ki 'iyi ki burdayım' dedirtti. Tüm bunlara ek bir detay da aynı bahçe içinde ev sahibinin evinin de yer almasına rağmen, özenli davranışları ile kendinizi evde yalnız sanmanız. Mahremiyete saygı gösteriyorlar. Özetle; Dalyan'a yakın, son derece huzurlu bir tatil evi. Dinlenmek, keyif almamak mümkün değil :)

Villa was really lovely and spacious especially as there was only 3 of us. Pool was amazing. Emre and Victoria were always helpful especially with delayed flight and meeting us at the Villa late. Thank you. Location was lovely and great to see the swifts doing dance shows for us! Would have been helpful to have a welcome pack about the area, market, dolmus, excursions etc. Shame the centre is very touristy and hard to find Turkish shops but you can leave it all behind with a super walk by the river with stunning views. Thanks for a great stay, have been recommending to others.

Omer was a great host, he meet us at the villa, explained everything we needed to know. Replied to messages very quickly and meet us again on check out. Would highly recommend

Our stay at Pomegranate Garden Villas was very enjoyable. The property consists of three houses with a large garden surrounded by pomegranate trees. We stayed there for 4 days as a group of 12 adults, and we found everything we needed at hand. The ambiance was super relaxing, and our rooms were very comfortable. Beddings, bath towels, beach towels, board games, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and everything else you might need during your stay were all provided generously. However, I believe there's a serious mosquito problem. This issue may not be specific to the property, I guess it's a common problem for the whole Dalyan area. Yet, maybe Helena can take some precautions about it because we each had 20-30 mosquito bites, and one of our friends had to take allergy medication due to a mosquito allergy. There are 2 beautiful pools in the garden, but again, there were a lot of mosquitoes and insects in the pool. We still enjoyed the pools a lot though.

We were a group of 8 adults and 7 kids who felt right at home! It was a perfect get away place peaceful and relaxing. Esra's communication and responsiveness was second to none. It made the stay so much better for us. She was always trying to support and help with all of the group's requirements. The property itself was tastefully decorated and adequately furnished. The whole group had private space and when we wanted to get together the communal space was equally good. Would highly recommend this place!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Villa! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der private Garten und der Pool waren absolute Highlights: ideal zum Entspannen, Sonnenbaden und Abkühlen, ganz in Ruhe und ohne fremde Blicke. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass alles genauso war wie in der Beschreibung – sogar noch schöner. Die Lage war ruhig, aber mit dem Auto waren Supermärkte und Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Kein Check-in-Stress, alles lief unkompliziert. Wer auf der Suche nach Erholung, Privatsphäre und einem Hauch von Luxus ist, wird diese Villa lieben. Wir kommen gern wieder! Dankeschön Emel Hanim ❤️

We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.

Absolutely beautiful villa, with everything we needed. Gorgeous both inside and outside - pool, garden, bbq. The villa's within a few minutes walk of Dalyan's many restaurants. Rob and Sara are helpful, supportive hosts when needed.

Fantastic host, great communication received to alleviate any potential problems from arising. We will definitely be booking to return at a later date.

We really enjoyed our 9 day stay with family and friends at this villa. Everybody was happy and we made extensive use of the pool and the garden for BBQs. Nobody wanted to leave this place as we got very comfy and used to this villa. Host is very responsive and pays extra attention to keep the guests happy. Really appreciating it!

Without a doubt, this villa is the best in Dalaman. Its modern ambiance and exquisite details, including the beautiful marble flooring throughout, made our stay truly memorable. Traveling with several children, our primary concern was ensuring they were safe around the pool, which is a bit deep. However, Baran, our host, was incredibly accommodating. He assisted us with transfers and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to enjoy our vacation!

Villa Ada was amazing. Great location about 15 mins walk to town. Everything you needed in the house. Shower was hot and powerful. Kitchen had everything you needed. Fly/mosquito nets on all doors and windows. Pool area was spacious with lots of chairs, tables and loungers. Plenty of wardrobe space, fresh towels and beach towels. Dilay was helpful and always replied to our enquiries. We would definitely come back !

Der Aufenthalt war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das Haus war sehr schön, sauber und komfortabel. Es war auch gut,dass es nicht zu überfüllt an Gegenständen war. Es war alles nötige vorhanden. Der Gastgeber Yigit war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit bei jedem Anruf und den Nachrichten . Der Pool wurde außer am Sonntag jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Aussenanlage war sehr sauber. Es ist ein Grillplatz vorhanden . Die Übergabe vom Schlüssel war auch problemlos. Es lief alles reibungslos. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Ödediğim fiyata göre ev konumu ve imkanları gerçekten harikaydı. Bahçe kapısının sıkışması ve bölgedeki sinekler haricinde her şey çok güzeldi. Ev ile ilgili her şey düşünülmüş, neredeyse hiçbir şeye ihtiyaç duymuyorsunuz. Ayrıca bahçe ve havuz iki günde bir sabahın erken saatlerinde sizin haberiniz dahi olmadan temizleniyor. Mahremiyet kaynaklı bunun belirtilmesini başkaları için önemli olabilir. Bölgede çok sinek olduğu için havuz yeni temizlense bile 15 dakika içerisinde sinek ve karınca ile doluyor. Havuz filtrelemesini yeterli bulmadım. Klima ve sıcak su gayet güzel çalışıyor. Bahçede portakal, nar limon, şeftali gibi meyve ağaçları var. Mutfak eşyaları çok temizdi. Konutu tavsiye ediyorum.

Ailemle konakladığımız süre boyunca kendimizi evimizde hissettik , bir sorumuz ihtiyacımız olduğunda Sema Hanım her biriyle hemen ilgilendi , iztuzu plajına yakın havası doğal ortamı çok güzel , kesinlikle bir gün tekrar gelmek istediğimiz bir tatil oldu her şey için teşekkür ederiz .

Ruth’s house is great! We have spent really wonderful time there. House is spacious and clean. And the garden with swimming pool was just perfect. A lot of trees, flowers plus many options to spend time. You can sit by one of the tables at the porch or rest at the hammock or by the pool. We love Dalyan, because of the İztuzu Beach, Dalyan River boat tours, Kavnos ruins and the nature around, so we come here often, but İ believe this was the best house we have stayed in Dalyan so far. İt has everything what we need to really rest during vacation. Plus AC was working well which is really a must in the summer in Dalyan. Thank you Ruth!

Wir, zwei Familien - 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, waren zu Gast bei Herrn Cengiz. Wir haben sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und waren direkt willkommen. Das Haus ist riesig, es ist Platz für jeden da. Der Pool ist grandios. Wir hätten tagelang, wochenlang weitermachen können. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
