Holiday rentals with lake access in Köyceğiz

Location, location, location! If you can find a more beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool closer to the centre of Dalyan then good luck. It was a 10 second walk (not minutes) to the nearest mini market and bar and 5 minutes in either direction would bring you more restaurants and bars than you could ever visit once in a month. You are situated right on the river, the hub of Dalyan and it's many boat trips. The villa is spacious with large screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Video installed if you have a day of poor weather or fancy a night in. The bedrooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds, all with good quality Aircon and all ensuite. Only small consideration would be for the master bedroom to have a fully functioning shower alongside the large fitted bath. Had a fabulous 2 week holiday at villa Mariposa, would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

We were only able to stay at Mr. Ethem and Ms. Nuray's house for one night, luckily we came on a very hot day. However, thanks to the air conditioning in the house, we were very comfortable. The location of the house was quite close to the bazaar center. It was a very clean and comfortable house, we look forward to a longer stay. Thank you for everything

Ms. Solmaz was really interested from the moment we made the reservation. From the moment we reached the location, he continued to help. The house was very clean, it smelled like cleanliness. We had a comfortable stay, like in our own home. Whenever we needed anything, he picked up the phone and met our needs instantly. We would like to thank Ms. Solmaz for this beautiful holiday. (Note: We asked for an Okey set and they even provided it, thank you :) )

Intimate and authentic house ideally located overlooking the Lycian tombs. The ferry to Dalyan is very close and very fast. The hostess has a beautiful garden and is very kind. Communication is done with the simultaneous translation of the smartphone. And in addition our hostess makes a delicious homemade pomegranate juice!

The villa was extremely clean, beautiful and convenient. There was nothing short of what was advertised. I would definitely recommend it. I hope to choose this villa if it is available for my next visit

We had a very nice holiday as a family, the house was clean and spacious inside (beds, bathroom, kitchen were clean) and outside (garden parts). The villa was as shown in the images. It is obvious that the house is new. The pool was clean, and maintenance and cleaning were done as long as we stayed. The pool was very fun. The garden was large and spacious. It was pleasant to have breakfast with the sounds of birds in the garden. We had a barbecue in the backyard. Onur Can was friendly and gave quick answers. He left snacks (chips, biscuits, water, etc.) for us because we were on the road. There is no problem with the fly during the day. There are mosquitoes only in the evenings. Since all the windows of the villa and the door to the porch were equipped with mosquito nets, there was not much fly entry into the house, fly repellents were sufficient to protect from flies escaping when opening and closing the doors and sitting in the garden. Mosquitoes are a common problem in the area in the evenings, but fly repellents work. Iztuzu beach was close and beautiful. Thank you Onur Can

Villa is set in an absolutely beautiful peaceful garden. Swimming pool salt water which we much preferred. Very friendly people in the other villas. Sinem gave us brilliant information on local restaurants and things to do. Every restaurant we visited had superb food and everyone was really impressed with every single meal we had. Fab cocktails too! Villa very close to restaurants and the town was 10 min walk on the flat. Everywhere is flat. Lovely balance between tourists and locals.

We stayed for 4 days, everything was very nice. The location of the house is great, close to markets, bazaar, bakery, boat tours, etc. The items and supplies in the house are sufficient to meet the needs. It was small but very lovable. Since our check-in time was a little late, it was also nice of Ms. Gülbeyaz to wonder and call and take care of it. Looking forward to seeing you again next year, thank you very much 🥰

A place to stay with pleasure when you come to Dalyan. Everything was just like in the photos and descriptions. As a guest, every question we had was answered quickly. There was also support for early check-in. A place we won't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.

Ms. Perihan is a very good host and her house is a very good house that meets the needs. We never thought we would have had such a good experience. Host was brilliant, check in was swift. The apartment was spotless and clean, only downside was a strong smell of smoke but could be from previous guests. Host recommend places to get food and offered to print my boarding pass. The house was quite warm, ac on full blast wasn’t enough to cool it. Good stay and nice area with good host.
