Apartment holiday rentals in Kowloon City District

The place is easy to locate. Just nearest Jordan Station and near the Airport bus station. The building where the unit is located is currently renovating. So you will hear a constructions going on. We just heard them on our last day. But when you enter the place is beautiful and spacious same with the pictures posted, all the amenities and everything were well thought out, just what guest were looking for. Around the building there are so much restaurants and authentic resto you can choose. I highly recommend this place 😎

The apartment is clean and well furnished, with convenient transportation. Hosts are extremely helpful and responsive to questions and requests. Excellent experience.

The apartment is very well located, which was the biggest plus point for us, near Jordan station, tons of bus stops nearby, pretty close to the Star Ferry Pier too. The space is big enough for 2 people and considering the location, is an amazing deal. Chole was very responsive throughout our stay, helped out immediately whenever we had doubts. Definitely recommend :)

We lived in the flat for 4 months. The area is cool, you go out and are in the center of Mongkok. What I especially liked about it was that you don‘t have to walk up any hill (in comparison to HK Island). The flat itself is quite big for two people. It has a big living room and the rooms have a good size. Only thing which I didn‘t like was the bathroom because the shower is over the toilet so the room gets wet after showering. But this is something that you find in a lot of Hong Kong apartments. And the kitchen & bathroom have an open ventilation system so that quite a lot of mosquitos could come in. All in all I really liked my time in this flat and I can recommend it for a long time stay. The hosts were very fast in responding and were very helpful with all matters.

Kitty's place was perfect for my family of 7. We each have a comfortable bed to sleep in and the place was clean, too. Kitty was also very responsive to my questions. She assisted me in my every query.

The place was spotless when we arrived. The area was big enough for 4 persons. There were a lot of places to go and restaurants to eat around. It is close to both Mongkok East and Mongkok MTR. The hosts were responsive, and accommodating. Overall, we highly recommend staying here 👍

Highly recommended!I really strongly recommend it!I'm ready to stay for a week.The view outside the window is really amazing, and the house is fully equipped.It's also 3 minutes from the subway entrance, so it's very convenient to go anywhere.The host is also very nice, nothing to say.If you want to stay in a homestay in Hong Kong, you must choose this one. The cost-effectiveness and environmental hygiene are really impeccable!

Not far from the subway station, easy to walk, nearby restaurants, cafes, supermarkets... easy to buy things, the landlord is very nice, and responds promptly to problems.

Perfect location - hear public transportation and so many food choices around the area. Amazing host - all instructions were clear and Victoria was very responsive Love the space as well. Very clean and all amenities listed ware there. There were also extra blankets and pillows which we loved. Thank you for being an amazing host!

Dimas' apartment has been wonderful for our duration of stay. Sharelle, Dimas' helper, had been very accommodating. On the day of arrival we arrived late, around 9pm, and she waited for us in the foyer and gave us the card key as well as showed us around the apartment. We could not thank her enough for giving her time and replies as soon as possible to anything we needed within the hour of sending text messages. The place is beautiful, clean, bright, and quiet on a high floor. As the pictures suggest, it looks out to a fascinating view of the harbour. Every evening, we would turn off the light to admire the sparkling skyline reflecting off the waters of the harbour. The bus station and taxi station are right at the building, and the Hong Hom subway station is a mere 10 minute easy walk away. One of the best things is that the A21 bus, which goes between the Airport and Hong Hom station, has the end station at Hong Hom. That guarantees that you get the best seats and luggage space.

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

A room in a hotel near Hung Hom, the actual stay experience is the same as the description, the location is very convenient, the sea view is amazing.The hosts were helpful and communicated smoothly.

5 stars! Affordable, comfortable, and has everything you need. The train and bus stop is right below and there are plenty of shops downstairs to buy what you need. Your quaint home in the heart of the Tsim Sha Tsui area 😊 would definitely book again once I return to HK. They have a super kind and communicative cleaning lady named Cathy who is Filipina. Place is also safe and you can leave your luggage in the corridor if you arrive early and look to explore around the area.
