Holiday rentals with a patio in Koutsounari

We had an incredibly beautiful time in Tertsa, it's perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. The beautiful beach is right across the street from the house and all the residents are very friendly, you quickly feel at home and are greeted by everyone. Poppy welcomed us very warmly, she cooked a lot of delicious food for us, which awaited us upon our arrival. She is always quick to reach and very helpful and warm, the most amazing hostess you could imagine! The garden and terrace is also beautiful and you are close to nature!

The apartment was very nice with a spectacular view. It was all within walking distance. And the hosts were super friendly and always available.

The place was clean, modern and we loved the proximity to the beach. It was nice to have fruits, wine and crackers provided as we arrived late in the evening. The swimming pool was also excellent. I would love to come back!

Of all my trips to Greece, this was the first place I stayed where I just had to sit on the balcon and relax. Wat a wonderful view! The place where the house is located is calm and surrounded only by Greek nature. What we could want more? Dimitrios and his wife are very welcoming. We enjoyed a fantastic four days in Aris’ place, the views of the plateau and mountains are just beautiful! We felt right at home, and it was lovely to have Aris and his wife physically there at check in, a rarity these days! The images really don’t do this place justice, it is up some winding roads but we were prepared for that having visited the plateau in 2012. We can’t recommend staying here more, we really wish we’d have booked a longer stay! Aris had a fantastic hire car recommendation too, which was also great, and we had some amazing recommendations from them too. Thank you very much Aris!

We stayed 14 days in the old village of Sykologos and felt completely comfortable. We didn't miss anything, the decor is tasteful and high quality. Shortly after we arrived , Andreas greeted us kindly with fresh bread and pastries. He guided us through his house and showed us around and explained everything. There were delicious,local delicacies in the fridge. We've never had anything like this! We communicated with Andreas from time to time during our stay. He is very attentive and tries to make sure his guests don't miss anything. You have to be aware that you always need a car to get to the beautiful beaches and tavernas. But it's worth it! If you appreciate the peace ,the solitude and the still real Greece with its people and habits, this is the place to be! We will be back!

The apartment is very centrally located in the village, on foot you are less than 10 minutes away from the beautiful, somewhat crowded sandy beach; or the beautiful natural beach with stone sand, trees and palm trees; Chris is a super good host, always there when you need him and yet you had your privacy. We'd love to come back

Beautiful house and garden located in a gorgeous region of Crete. The house itself is very charming, clean and well equipped. Several great beaches, hiking trails and taverns nearby. Communication with Harry was very pleasant. We would love to visit again sometime.

A nice and cozy apartment in Istro. Several taverns and bars are within walking distance. In about 20 minutes you can also reach Voulisma Beach on foot. Manos was easy to reach and also helped immediately with problems. We felt at home. We will be happy to come back!

We can only agree with the many positive reviews. We had a great time in the beautiful mountain village – it was a special experience. Every morning we had breakfast on the roof terrace and enjoyed the tranquility. At first we thought the sea would be missing, but that wasn't the case at all. We really came to rest – walks in the area were enough for that. Actually, we planned to do more, but we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere so much that we took it easy. Nevertheless, we were traveling by car and made some nice excursions, including to the coast, where we discovered great restaurants. A vacation that will stay with us in very good memory. An absolutely perfect stay! The villa was beautiful, very stylishly decorated and immaculately clean. Everything was really thought of: coffee, tea, sugar, spices, two coffee machines, tea maker, microwave, oven, stove, large refrigerator, freezer with ice cubes and complete kitchen equipment – absolutely nothing was missing. The pool was sparkling clean🏊, the grill station perfectly equipped🔥. The fantastic view of the sea 🌊 was a real highlight and ensured relaxed moments. Also air conditioning in every room❄️, modern TV 📺 and stable, fast internet - everything worked smoothly. We felt completely comfortable, didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the time😌. The host has prepared everything with great attention to detail – from the furnishings to the cleanliness. We are very grateful for this wonderful experience and will definitely come back! Absolute recommendation – 10 out of 10! 🌟

We loved this home. The huge terrace and view are so amazing. We spent lots of time on the nice patio furniture outside enjoying it. We also loved the pool. You can walk to a few spots in the area for dinner and we really enjoyed the patio bar at the hotel next door. Fun spot. Across the street was Pegasus Dive and boat rental. It was so nice to walk there and rent a small boat to see the town from the water. The town is really nice and the perfect size place to explore. We spent a week here and another week in Chania area. Thanks for sharing your home. I would highly recommend it

Wow! We went to a bachelorette party 4 girls and it was simply amazing! George was long before the trip spoke to me on whatsapp and was available for all my questions. Booked us a taxi from the airport that arrived just on time and everything was very clear through whatsapp. Also at the entrance to the property, George received us, took luggage ( until check-in) and kept them in a secure room. The property is stunning and just right,cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and right next to all the fun - exactly five minutes walking distance. Buy us some nibbles that were waiting for us in the room, was always available for questions and recommendations for us and even made me really good and took me a ride to the massage he had booked for me in advance in the area. Really was just perfect. I really recommend to anyone who wants to clear their minds and get reliable and professional service above and beyond.

This is such a great place to stay in AN. Eleftheria met us on arrival and made us feel like family. Their property is pristine and with great lounge, kitchen and dining overlooking the marina. In 5 mins walk you are wherever you want to get to in the local area. There is a sheltered beach within walking distance. A gorgeous town and well appointed place to stay. Absolutely recommend

A very good room in a quiet spot at the edge of Hersonissos, clean and equipped for every need. The various little touches make it stand out. Checking in and out is easy and convenient. Our Vangelis was there for every service, kind and pleasant. The treats made us feel welcome and started our stay pleasantly. We would book this room again and recommend it.

I'm joining all the previous comments: the apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable in all aspects (good bedding, big shower, enough equipment in the kitchen, good WiFi, etc ), and Nikos' parents were lovely people who made me feel.welcome. The apartment is very central, and super close to a very nice little beach. It can be a bit noisy during the day because you're in the city center, with narrow and steep streets, but at night it was dead quiet. Parking can be challenging for the same reasons, but I've always found a spot eventually.

Maria's accommodation was very clean, organized and spacious. We were particularly impressed by the welcome, the treat and the speed of communication. It's great for a couple. Its yard is small, although there is room for parking. We'd definitely go for it again! It is not recommended to visit Sitia without a vehicle as the only access is an uphill road with a steep slope. The same, of course, applies to the whole city.

Great place to stay, within walking distance of centre. Giannis is a fabulous host and was so responsive and helpful to any queries we had. He. left us eggs and fruits and other goodies. Highly recommend Giannis place. Thanks for letting us stay we loved it.
