Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκετε σε αναδιοργάνωση. Φωτογραφικό υλικό καθώς και περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες θα αναρτηθούν στις 25/06/2021. Απέχει 70μ από την παραλία. Πολλά καταστήματα της περιοχής μας(beach bar,καφετέριες,ταβέρνες,εμπορικό κέντρο) βρίσκονται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση. Η πόλη της Κορίνθου(5km),το Λουτράκι (12km), το Κιάτο (12km), όμορφα γραφικά παραθαλάσσια χωριά καθώς και οι αρχαιολογικοί χώροι της Αρχαίας Κορίνθου (4-5km), Ακροκόρινθου, κ.α.απέχουν ελάχιστα χιλιόμετρα από το χώρο μας.

Το Almiri's house είναι ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και εξοπλισμένο σπίτι κατάλληλο για τις οικογενειακές και ήσυχες διακοπές που πάντα θέλατε. Οι χώροι του σπιτιού είναι άνετοι και φωτεινοί και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Περιβάλλεται από έναν μεγάλο και προσεγμένο κήπο καθώς και ιδιωτικό χώρο πάρκινγκ. Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Guesthouse with shared swimming pool located between Corinth & Loutraki city. Only 50' from Athens. very close to restaurants, supermarkets, beaches etc -hosts 5 people in total including infants One bedroom with comfortable double bed (sleeps 2) and separate living room with one extensible sofa and one single sofa (sleeps 3 people) one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for self catering. Smart TV and Air Condition also included.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
