Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. Upon pre-booking, we can offer access to a wood-fired hot tub outdoors and kayak rentals. From Båtskärsnäs, popular boat trips also go out into the archipelago and in the winter we have nice ice and ski trails. Snowshoes, sleds and snowshoes are available to borrow.
