Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld en zo verzorgd en schoon! Van begin tot eind was de communicatie met Natassa perfect! Zoveel ruimte en een heerlijke tuin met zwembad. Met een huurauto waren we overal waar we moesten en wilden zijn! Echt een heel fijn verblijf en we willen zeker terugkomen!

We enjoyed every second of the breath-taking views and tranquillity in Villa Olivis, the perfect place to decompress. The location is immaculate as this part of the island is full of olive trees and small farms, more lush in vegetation than the port side, and only a few minutes from the pretty village of Loulida and the beautiful secluded beaches of Sykamia, Kalidonychi and Spathi . This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax with friends or family, the layout of the villa is great as all bedrooms feel private, whilst the common areas are open planned. The house itself is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped for families and friends’ holidays, and has lots of outside space, which we loved. We really appreciated the warm and precise communication; the host is professional and very friendly at the same time!

Cozy villa with a good location and layout. Lovely terrace with a view of the sea and the harbor. Walking distance to the harbor and a nice beach. We were five adults and two children, we had a great time in this villa.

Le logement d’Anna est un paradis ! Nous avons passé sept jours entre piscine et excursions dans les belles plages aux alentours et dans petites villes grecques typique. L’espace est parfait car chacun a sa petite maison privée, avec salle de bain. Et l’espace commun devant la piscine est juste incroyable. La cuisine est super bien équipé, idéal pour cuisiner et faire des plats à déguster sur la terrasse. Il y a plein de petits endroits cachés où pouvoir lire un livre, dessiner ou juste se reposer. Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables, tout est fait et penser pour passer des vacances merveilleuses. Anna a toujours été Disponible, et ça a été un vrai plaisir de la rencontrer. La seule chose à savoir, et qu’il faut être un bon conducteur pour faire la montée en voiture, mais cette montée vaut le détour!

Die "Villa Mitch" ist wunderbar etwas oberhalb der Bucht von Otzias gelegen, zum Sandstrand sind es nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Großartig fanden wir vor allem die beiden Terrassen mit Blick auf die Bucht. Auch vom Schlafzimmer aus hatten wir tollen Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Iasonas haben wir beim Einchecken kennengelernt. Er war hilfsbereit und nett und während der Woche seiner Abwesenheit telefonisch problemlos erreichbar. Super!

We loved staying here - the house and gardens are beautiful and it was perfect for our family of four. Our children (ages 7 and 9) had lots of fun on the basketball court and in the play area, and we all loved swimming in the lovely pool and eating outside on the terrace. We didn’t end up using the pizza oven and BBQ facilities, but they also looked great. There is lots to do in the local area, including good restaurants in walking distance and lovely beaches just a short drive away. We spent time in Lavrio, in the Sounio National Park and at the amazing temple at Sounio, and it was also easy to do a day trip into Athens. Niki and Thanasis were very helpful and responsive and great hosts, welcoming us in person when we arrived, offering local recommendations and answering any questions that came up during our stay. As we left, our children asked when we can come back again, which is testament to what a lovely place it is!

Irini’s place is a real gem, a paradise on earth! If you are looking for peace of mind and relaxation this is the place to be! The house is very well equipped and only 5 minutes from Kea’s town where you can find anything you need. It’s definitely a 5* recommendation!

Our 11-person group had a fantastic stay! A short drive from the airport revealed a breathtaking view that set the tone for our trip. The amenities were top-notch, exceeding all expectations and ensuring a comfortable stay. The house was more than just a place to sleep, it was a wonderful space where we often chose to relax instead of touring the countryside. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place! With good weather, it's paradise, but even on cloudy days, its charm shines through.

What a beautiful home! So nice we never wanted to leave - which is perhaps the only risk.. you won’t see as much of the island. But honestly, everything you need within 50 meters and the most wonderful hosts and help on hand. Hope to be back one day!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison ! L'emplacement est idéal, mais compliqué d’accès sans voiture je vous le recommande donc. La maison est propre, bien entretenue et décorée avec goût. Les lits sont très confortables et nous avons apprécié les petites attentions comme les produits de toilette et le café fourni. Le propriétaire est très réactif et sympathique, toujours prêt à aider et à répondre à nos questions. Position is perfect and the view from the infinity pool is magnificent specially when sunset. Despite we were there during 15th August which is the peak of the season was very quiet and there are 3 organisés beaches on walking distance I suggest for family looking to relax also place has a big bbq and fully equipped kitchen. U need a car to visit rest of the island and shopping. Ideal for charging batteries

Excellent séjour à Vourkari. Maison très agréable, accès à pieds au port, et à une petite plage. Très jolie vue depuis la terrasse de la maison. Nikos est un hôte très réactif et très efficace. Mona nous a très bien accueillis, et est elle aussi très réactive.

We, two families of four, spent a week of our summer vacation at Silvia’s Villa. The house itself is very beautiful, so is its furniture, many of which handcrafted and unique. The uniqueness is actually everywhere, and mostly in terms of art pieces around the garden and in the house as well in terms of an amazing view, which changes colours and scenery through the day and according to the weather. Our kids between 12 and 14 years old played hours at the pool and when it the temperatures were high, the interior was still very comfortable. The outer space provided many different beautiful terraces to sit and have breakfast or at night have a drink. One needs a car to reach the house or drive to the beaches of Kea, many of which are by the way very nice, with sand and clear waters. We went diving as well, overall a great experience. Thanks Silvia and family for taking care of us, being so helpful and also flexible with the check-in and -out times! Much appreciated! See you again soon!

Incredible villa, exactly as the photos show. Maria and Mona were great and made the experience so easy and comfortable. The villa is an excellent size, fully equipped with everything you could need (cooking, laundry etc) and very tastefully decorated. The views are amazing and the outdoor space is truly unique - tons of covered and uncovered outdoor space, a good sized pool, multiple seating areas, and an outdoor kitchen. The only minor downside is the gravel road to get there which is about 6mins of driving (not a problem). Great local suggestions and overall an extremely positive experience, would highly recommend.

Loukas' place was a treat to experience. It is a real home, used by the family, and therefore has character and an identity. The aesthetic choices of the interior design, the materials, and the landscaping are well-considered and create a beautiful whole. The setting, high up on the hill with a view so lovely of the sea and sunset, is almost a cliche of the reasons people visit Greece. And yet, we had complete privacy. Ms Giota, Loukas' mother and our contact, was gracious and efficient in dealing with our arrival and departure. A car is definitely a necessity; the nearest grocery story is almost 10 minutes away. But driving on the main road, especially in the evening, is visually stunning and leads to some nice eating places. Thank you for your hospitality.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property on a picturesque island, and it was an unforgettable experience. The house offered unlimited views of the sea, which was truly breathtaking. After 3 glorious days we could extend for 3 more and fully enjoyed the house the pool and the beach. Some windy days made more cozy times inside. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living rooms are bright and comfie with wonderful art and sweet details that give a warm welcome feeling. The Posideon temple the villages and fabulous restaurants around makes for an ideal visit close to Athens and the airport with the feel of the islands.

Amazing experience. We definitely come back soon. Apartment was super clean and had a nice view. The housekeeper couple was really nice and always helpful with recommendations etc. and even picked us up close to the port. Love that place and the people! Thank you for having us.

The place was truly amazing. A cosy house and beautiful garden with lots of little cute corners to sit around and enjoy the view. Effi and her husband made sure everything was there for us, they even installed a baby bed and thought about which room was the warmest for our baby. They were super friendly and also bought us some beers and a sweet bread. Thank you so much! We would definitely recommend staying here.

It’s a really great house with everything you need for a great vacation with small kids. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped and organized. The pool is nice and big with a lot of chairs around. It’s close to some nice beaches but the village itself is pretty quiet and not much to do. Their are a few taverns and a Bakery at walking distance but the closest supermarket is a 15 minute drive so It’s best to be with a car. We mostly stayed in so for us it was perfect
