A cozy and beautifully decorated studio with everything you need for your stay. The location is just great between the marina and the market square, both within walking a few minutes. The view from the windows of the apartment opens to the adjacent park. Located in an old stone house, the apartment is quiet thanks to its stunning walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking, either on the street or in the harbor parking lot, where the electric car charging point is also available.

An atmospheric yard with river views

The yard building with its own yard and deck is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy home is only a 5-minute drive to the services. Massive kelo stairs and wooden surfaces add a vibe to the upstairs sleeping and living area. Downstairs is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer time, guests will have access to the host's beach with swimming facilities.

Villa Monto d'Oro is an old ranch in the quiet rural Tesjoki area of Loviisa, 1 hour drive from Helsinki. The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. I stayed with Francisca for the second time in Kotka. The apartment is clean and includes everything as promised in the description. Special thanks for the convenient check-in method. Francisco gets very detailed and comprehensive instructions for a smooth stay from start to finish. The building seems calm, I haven't heard any noise on the weekends. Excellent location on the edge of the market, a stone's throw from shops and local bus stops. I could definitely stay here again in the future!

The apartment was cozy and cozy. It was clean and everything was there. All beds were excellent, including a mattress to put on the floor. Communication was smooth and fast. The parking lot and apartment were easy to find with the instructions soon. We also got great tips on places to eat and see.
