Very nice place to stay... recomended

24小時都有房務員在櫃檯，清晨退房也沒有問題，房間內日常生活用品皆有，續住第二晚也還是有房務員來打掃跟補充用品，是去沙巴旅遊可以選擇住宿的地方

its my second time here..same spot. Strategic for a quick visit in KK..it will be easier if u take grab to go around but if u hv car it will be quite a hassle since the area is popular with traffic jam. Easy to find place to eat downstairs , tapau and eat in. Howsver, i hope the owner can provide house slippers since the floor can be very cold at night.

Nice, spacious apt 15 min from airport by taxi. 10 min to the mall by foot (and 2 grocery shops right in the 1st floor). It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen which has everything to prepare food, AC in each room, TV. So you can feel as at home. There is a rooftop pool. And you can see sunset from there. Also the host is very friendly and attentive :) So, I recommend this apt.

房间环境很好，房间里的东西十分齐全，连洗衣机里的洗衣液都是加好的，入住时房东还准备了几个小手信作为礼物，每次有问题问房东，都能及时得到回复，第一天凌晨三点多才到，房东也一直等着。公寓里有游泳池，躺在床上就可以看夕阳，周围1公里内有四家商场，加雅街也就在后面不远，总的来说是一次很棒体验

The unit is so clean and have a lot amenities. The host is very helpful and responsive. Tips for next customer, please avoid checking out during peak hours, otherwise you'll waste a lot of time waiting for the elevator.

요청안했는데도 친절한 사장님 공항까지 픽업와주셔서 많은 짐도 들어주시고 감사했습니다! 제딸 데리고 일주일 넘게 편하게 잘 지내고 좋은 추억 만들고 돌아왔어요~ 웰컴 푸드로 초콜렛이랑 저희 딸 과자도 챙겨주시고, 깻잎 캔반찬 고추장, 저희 딸 제티까지 세심하게 챙겨다주셔서 감동했어요ㅠㅠ 보안도 잘되어있는 아파트라 저와 딸 모두 걱정없이 지냈고, 전자렌지가 고장났는데 수리가 오래걸린다고 해서 그냥 햇반대신에 현지에서 작은밥솥사서 끼니때마다 밥 해먹었어요ㅋㅋ 수영장도 저희 딸이 매일매일 잘 이용했고 편한 시간 보낼 수 있어서 만족합니다!!! 사장님 늘 건강하세요^^

It was our family's first time staying at ITCC, and our experience at Marvel's Penthouse was truly unforgettable. The penthouse was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor issue was the limited parking space, which couldn’t quite accommodate the high number of visitors during the Kaamatan holiday. However, I would highly recommend Marvel's Penthouse, especially for families or groups looking for a spacious and well-maintained place to stay.

숙소 위치는 매주 일요일 선데이 마켓이 열리는 정문 바로 옆 건물이고, 바로 아래에 약국과 오렌지 편의점이 있습니다. 숙소 뒤쪽으로는 가야스트리트가 있는데 유잇청, 이펑락사, 올드타운 커피숍이 있습니다. 도보로 10분 이내로 KK플라자, 필리피노마켓이 있으며 걸어다니기에 충분합니다. 숙소가 위치한 건물 전체가 근처 호텔에서 따로 관리하는 곳이라서 그런지 의사소통이 빨랐으며, 숙소안도 호텔식 침구라 매우 깨끗했습니다. 특이한 점은 복층 형태 구조인데, 2층에 다락이 있는데 거기에서 따로 매트리스 깔면 2명이 잘 수 있는 공간이 있으며 꽤 넓습니다. 거실도 넓으며 4인 가족이 지내기에 충분했습니다. 방은 2개인대 각방마다 사워실이 있으며 추가로 주방뒤에 화장실만 사용할수 있는 공간이 있습니다. 수건도 넉넉하게 있습니다. 주방에는 전기레인지, 정수기, 전자레인지, 후라이팬, 냄비, 칼, 수저, 포크, 그릇, 밥그릇, 물컵이 넉넉하게 구비되어 있으며 다만 젓가락과 밥솥은 따로 없습니다. 실내 및 욕실에도 따로 슬리퍼가 없습니다. 인터넷은 매우 빠르며 TV에 우리나라 지상파 및 일부 종편이 나오는게 맘에 들었습니다. 마지막으로 숙소에 두리안, 망고스틴, 잭푸릇이 반입이 안되니 유의하시길 바랍니다.

Apartamento óptimo para ainha família de 4 pessoas. Exactamente como nas fotografias. Gostamos muito.

Extremely good find, spacious room at great value. Had a comfortable stay for 3 nights, room had minimal noise and curtains were blacked out. 2 aircond installed in the room means it was very comfortable during the day. Fresh sheets and towels, functional water kettle and iron provided. Public hotel parking was available for RM 4/entry which was very convenient. Don't expect luxury but highly recommend, great value for the price.

Very clean apartment with a lot of space. Convenient location. Close to Jesselton Jetty. Good choices of restaurants. Host is friendly and responds fast. We had a very nice stay.
