The space is spacious and ideal for a group of 4-5 people. It has a strategic location with ITCC right below, oftering many restaurants and a grocery store, making shopping convenient.

非常的不错，房东是韩国人，但是也会说中文，沟通没有障碍，房间特别干净，房东特别的友善，海景房真的特别不错，地理位置超级好，打开窗帘就能看到海，楼下就是亚庇最大的商场，离中心就一个多公里，很方便！

四人间，有两个房间，和朋友一起住，一进去就被海景美到，房东人很好，回消息特别快！

The best communication I have experienced from a stay! They are very proactive, prompt, and helpful. The place is clean, and well stocked. Great location too. Highly recommend this place! :)

Overall a very nice place for family stay. Cleanliness were done well, very convenient location as well.

Lanhee is an amazing host, her house is spotless, very comfy and well maintained. The view from the balcony is unbeatable, I even got to watch the entire spectacular new year’s firework show from there - I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for such occasion! Thanks for everything:)

这是我觉得非常开心且舒适的住处，Lanhee女士非常热情亲切，中文很流利，我们也会韩语，所以我们的交流没有障碍，我觉得是一个很奇妙的缘分。 房间是一个套间，有独立洗手间，有很好的私密性。房间风景优美可以看到神山的日出和海边的景色。床上用品也很舒适~ 楼下是当地最大的购物中心，有好吃的餐厅，购物便利！ 亚庇真的是一个很舒服的地方，如果有机会我会再来的^^

Satisfy with the environment and easy to communicate, recommended!

The place was great and at the most top floor which was perfect. The house itself was suprisingly bigger than expected

The house has a large space, a good view, quiet, and is suitable for a family to travel. There is a shopping mall (mostly local people) downstairs where shopping and dining can be satisfied. You can walk to the beautiful Sabah University in 10 minutes. The landlord is very good, the communication and reply are very fast, and he is very enthusiastic!
