Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kota Kinabalu

A spot of paradise. If you're looking for a quiet place with lovely warm beaches and a pool.. this is the place to unplug. It's a spacious 2 bedroom place with all the amenities and daily housekeeping. Go to the supermarket en route... and you'll never need a thing. There's some rubbish on the beaches... but otherwise..no complaints. Gorgeous sunsets!

Mark's three-bedroom flat is neat and clean, with great sea views on the ninth floor. It is conveniently located near convenience stores, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance, in a clean neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped and the drinking water dispenser is extremely handy. Transport is easily available and if you rent a car there is a parking space that goes with the flat. The daily cleaning service and 24-hour water supply (unlike in some other blocks in complex) are added advantages. Mark responded promptly to our questions, making it so much easier to plan and make the most of our short stay. I would not hesitate in recommending Mark's flat. We first met Mark as a kind and gracious host, and we now think of him as a friend. Thank you Mark for making our visit to KK so special.

算是亚庇市中心的位置，周边步行10多分钟就到了加雅街，任你吃喝，附近也有亚庇中心菜市场，菲律宾市场，购物方便，晚上有夜市，卖啥的都有，类似中国的集贸市场。离大茄来海鲜餐厅也不远走过去5分钟。唯一遗憾的是照片的泳池不知道在哪没找到😀 整体适合大家庭出游！

Sylvia was an excellent host, super responsive and helpful. My sister and I stayed for 3 weeks visiting family. Location was excellent, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, all very walkable. The apartment was clean and we were able to arrange for additional cleaning each week. Having a washer was also a reason we chose Sylvia’s Airbnb, especially since we were staying for a few weeks. Thank goodness the beds were comfortable, medium firm, which is how we prefer them. There’s an incredible rooftop pool, but it does get quite busy at times. The gym itself is underwhelming and really not that great. Wi-Fi was excellent, no issues. Overall, we had a lovely stay here, and we hope to be back again. Thank you so much for everything, Sylvia!

We had a great stay. Clean & spacious place. Very convenient as there is direct access to the mall from condo lift. Just first time it's confusing to locate the mall entrance. Host is very responsive and able to guide us very fast. We enjoy our stay very much.

地址离机场很近，周边配套齐全，步行到夜市，市场很近，周边还有imago商场，吃的也多。房东信息回复很及时，钥匙放置的地方特别好找。安保很好，二个卫生间太适合我们四个了，性价比很高

The location is good. Not far from the city, the view is nice. The apartment is new with nice design. The best thing is the washing machine, you can dry your clothes after playing water activities. Not many people live in the building, so you can have a private swimming pool to yourselves. There is an orange shop in the lobby and it opens 24 hours. Great

Rose and Terry’s place was absolutely stunning and we felt right at home. From booking our stay to the moment we left Rose was extremely accommodating. The choice to have breakfasts, lunches and dinner at the property was also super helpful … and delicious! We would definitely like to return in the future 🤞❤️

its my second time here..same spot. Strategic for a quick visit in KK..it will be easier if u take grab to go around but if u hv car it will be quite a hassle since the area is popular with traffic jam. Easy to find place to eat downstairs , tapau and eat in. Howsver, i hope the owner can provide house slippers since the floor can be very cold at night.

The unit is big, cosy and comfortable. The location is good, walking distance to many entries and few minutes drive to the morning market.

My stay at Brahminy Kite in Kota Kinabalu was fantastic. The host was incredibly supportive and made sure everything was perfect. The view is breathtaking, and the privacy of the place made it a peaceful retreat. One thing I loved was how clean the whole area was no mosquitoes or flies, even outside. It was such a pleasure to relax without any disturbances. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway.

She's a very bright person. Kah Li is my savior too cuz my sister left her wallet after checking out from the homestay and she messaged me to collect the wallet b4 flying back. Great accommodation for big family. Fully air-conditioning rooms. Toiletries, towels and detergent are provided. Very kind and considerable, allowing us to check out 30 minutes late. Overall we are satisfied. Thanks. We are happy with our stay!

House is as described. Good for big family. But the parking spot is limited for 2nd car. House location is quite close to the pasar filipin, about 10-15 mins. One pipe in toilet is damaged and the water heater seems to not working but its okay la. The iron board provided also quite old but still usable. TV seems to functioning well but limited channels. The beds are well mantained. Coway water and washing machine are provided. Can also cook in the kitchen as the stove is also provided. Overall, my family is satisfied with the stay. Thanks Allysa!

We really enjoyed the stay. It's extremely convenient to the city and everything is walkable. Great if you don't have transportation. We loved the decor and 'old feel' of the place. Having the El Centro restaurant just below with a discount for guests is an even bigger bonus as the food is great and they are serving IPA now!
