The location is good, by the sea, very close to Gaya Street, about 10 minutes by walk, there is a night market and mall nearby.

Stay is clean and properly designed. However the toilet bowl had some leakage issues which cause foul smell. Other aspects are great

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect family stay. We absolutely loved our time here. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Perfect for families! Everything worked well, and the host was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back again with balcony view you can see extra airport landing! 😍

The unit was clean and accommodating. We checked in late (10ish pm) due to unavoidably reasons. We had a minor problem with the bedroom lights as we figured out it could be the bulbs or the switches as the aircond, tv and socket were useable. I’ve informed the person incharged about the lights. But told them not to worry much since it’s not a biggie issue and we’d managed without it. They said maintenance will be send the next morning. Overall, all is good. 👍🏻😊

Beautiful and well thought designed house equipped with toiletries and great shower! Clean and comfortable beddings. The 3 bedroom home is great for our 2 families of 8 persons. Wong is also very responsive and there is a housekeeper nearby on standby whenever we needed something. We love the house and the beautiful view of Mt Kinabalu! Instructions into the house was easy and well communicated. Thoughtful to provide umbrellas which came in handy on one very rainy night! The house also have disposable slippers for us which was also great! Highly recommended place to stay! Thank you for the lovely stay in Kundasang! ❤️

Very comfortable place. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Nice and quiet. Convenience store and fast food restaurant available downstairs.

The road to the homestay is very very steep but regardless i enjoy the staying because of the beautiful view of gunung kinabalu

Sue was a wonderful host, always responsive to our needs & questions. The property was easy to locate & check in was fuss free. The property was as described in the listing with a well equipped kitched for our family. The property have two rooms on the ground floor (one with attached bathroom) & one more bed on the loft which accommodates five of us comfortably. The place is peaceful with a unblocked view of Mt Kinabalu. & for those adventurous, there a rushing river about 200m from the properties. We had a good time soaking amidst the rushing & cold waters! BIG PLUS: the hot water supply is abundant & hot! Wonderful in cold weather!

Very very nice home! I stayed with 19 adults & 1 children, the house is very huge. Disposable towel & toothbrushes were prepared by the owner. Thank you so much we had a perfect stay.

very clean and spacious area and the place is soooo cold!! i love it! Free alarm clock from the chickens, the shower was clean with a good water heater. The kitchen had everything!! pots pans etc, and even seasoning, rice and ice! Wifi was good and there’s friendly neighbourhood cats so bring cat food! the road is very bumpy and under developed so drive safely!! but overall i had a great time staying there 💗

Accommodation: The room is tidy and clean, and there is no odor.The bed is very comfortable, and multiple trash cans and makeup mirrors are provided (very thoughtful!🥰🥰).There is also super thoughtful water and snacks (recommended snacks and cookies!) Transportation: Close to the pier!You can sleep a few more minutes in Tiaojiao. There is a lot of food😙😙 nearby and you can walk to it! A very healing trip!

Everything was fine,,the only bad part is need to waiting for lift (small space) even there is 4 lift😅,, and no rubbish bin area to throw your trash,, overall everything is fine and very convenient

Thanks to a very active host, I was able to play comfortably with my children. I had to throw it away because the carrier was broken, but I was touched because Kokkak was okay. I had a good time.

This house is awesome! It's good for big family. My family member are 10 people and we used the house very well. There are three rooms. And each room has bathroom(toilet and shower booth) so we can easily use the bathrooms. And you can see the sunset from the windows!! (in February). it looked awesome. If you visit this house, I recommend you to bring your own hair dryer because there was a dryer but it was fixed on the wall. and maybe you need to bring some towels because there were 10 big towels. I prefer small ones to use.
