Le logement correspond parfaitement à nos attentes, au calme, très propre et bien équipé. La région de Gialiova offre pour ceux qui aime les séjours balnéaires en Grèce, tout en pouvant visiter des lieux chargés d’histoire, un bon point de départ. Elle offre aussi une panoplie de restaurants abordables et variés. Nos hôtes ont été discrets mais présents pour nous informer. L’appartement est agréable, ombragé et avec des espaces extérieurs sympathiques. Le stationnement est facile. Seule finalement la machine à laver le linge à été récalcitrante !

Good hosts who worked very hard to ensure everything was taken care of. Everything was clean and as described. Upstairs bathroom would be fine for wheelchairs but doesn’t work brilliantly as a family bathroom as there is no shower screen and everything gets wet, but the downstairs bathroom is fine. The view from the house is fab - straight out over the sea. There is a road in front of the house, but that’s very clearly stated in the description. There is a good little supermarket in the next village (turning right out of the property), which is open on a Sunday. Handy to know as Petalidi closes completely! Great base for exploring the area.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Innenhof. Die Küche ist großartig ausgestattet. Die Lage im Ort ist super zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Wir haben das Haus als Familie mit zwei Kindern genutzt und hatten eine tolle Woche in Menthoni.

Wir waren im ersten Häuschen direkt bei der Straße. Die wenigen Autos die man hörte haben uns nicht weiter gestört. Alles war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren meistens auch vor Ort, sehr hilfsbereit, überaus freundlich und herzlich zu unseren Kindern. Der private Garten war besonders toll mit Baby und Kleinkind. Es gab auch eine Dusche im Garten und der Rasen war sehr gepflegt. In der Küche war das notwendige vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch und hat schnelle Programme. Zu Fuß zum Strand mit Beachbar waren es ca 10min (weg über Feld und durch Busch) oder 3 min mit dem Auto. Supermarkt und Ort 1km mit Auto entfernt. Ganz tolle Unterkunft mit Familie. Uns hat es nicht gestört dass es eigentlich nur ein großer Wohn-/Schlafraum ist. Erwähnenswert ist vielleicht nur, dass es keinen gesonderten Spielplatz für Kinder gibt (klang für mich im Inserat so), aber genug Platz und zusätzlich zum Garten noch eine gemeinsame Grünfläche. Insgesamt: perfekt 👌

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Marina ! L’endroit est splendide. Encore mieux en vrai qu’en photo ! Marina est une hôte généreuse, souriante agréable et disponible, l’endroit est parfait pour la détente et le repos. C’est un endroit magique, paisible et inoubliable. Si nous en avons l’opportunité nous retournerons dans cette maison sans réfléchir !

Don't normally leave reviews but this villa & the owner Niko certainly warrant one! Our first stay in Stoupa & didn't disappoint, great location, 5min walk to supermarkets, 10min walk to Stoupa/Kalogria beach & restaurants. Niko greeted us on arrival, taking time to show us where everything was. The finish is excellent with such attention to detail, better than the photos. Fully equipped modern kitchen, amazing coffee machine and milk frother that Niko kept topped up with beans! Aircon throughout, automatic shutters at every window, outdoor security lighting around the villa, beautiful pool area with super comfy bean bags & loungers, bbq area with sink & outdoor dining & great view of the mountains. Bedrooms/bathroom lovely, walk-in showers. Lots of wardrobe/drawer storage, loads of towels inc beach/pool ones & plenty of hangers!! Felt so relaxed & at home & Niko was always on hand to check we were happy. One of the best holidays we have had, what a find, we will be back!

Sehr schönes Haus, wie beschrieben, vor allem die Terrasse oben war am Abend sehr schön, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort vorhanden , Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Pool wunderbar, zum Glück hatte das Haus AC, selbst Nachts war es draußen wärmer als im Haus, zum Strand zu laufen war angesichts der Hitze zu weit, Parkplatz am Strand , Liegen günstig , der Strand ist ein Traum, das Strandrestaurant Perulia vorzüglich, alles in einem ein schöner Strandurlaub

Très beau séjour à Olive Mare. C’était très agréable de se réveiller le matin et de voir les oliviers et la mer de la terrasse de la chambre à coucher. Maison bien équipée, très joliment décorée avec le souci des détails. Piscine dont nous avons profité tous les jours. Nous avons également apprécié de manger à l’extérieur face au jardin et à la piscine. Endroit calme. le matin nous entendions le coq et le soir les cigales. C’était également proche du village d’Agios Nikolaos et des charmants villages de montagne avec ses belles églises de style byzantin. Merci à Michael pour ses attentions.

We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again if we could. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. The place looks even nicer in person than the photos. The view was beautiful - could see both the mountains and the water. The pool was kept extremely clean and is very large so was great to swim in. They have a washer and dryer, which was very helpful during our almost weeklong stay. The upstairs feels very private, as it is a gigantic patio (with multiple great areas to sit), a bedroom, and a very large bathroom; which worked great for our family as we could stay upstairs and have our own space while our kids were in the bedrooms downstairs. The layout is really open for the sitting room, kitchen, and dining room, making it very pleasant for socializing in the house. The host also has a property next door available to rent (which is also a beautiful house) and I had family staying there. This worked out really well having houses so close together. Highly recommend!

בהתחלה היו לנו חששות להזמין את הנכס, בגלל שלא היו כמעט ביקורות, אבל זאת היתה הבחירה הטובה ביותר שעשינו!! החופשה אצל Manazil Mani היתה הטובה ביותר. מהרגע שביצענו את ההזמנה, Taha יצר איתנו קשר. ביום ההגעה Taha ביקש לדעת מתי נגיע. כשהגענו, הוא ואישתו קבלו את פנינו והסבירו לנו הכל על הנכס. הוילה יפיפה, נקייה ועם נוף מדהים! הבית מאובזר ברמה מאוד גבוה והם השאירו לנו המון פינוקים. גם הבריכה מאוד מפנקת ונקיה. כשהגענו הם נתנו לנו המון המלצות ושמחו לענות לנו כשביקשנו המלצות גם בהמשך. התקשורת איתם היתה מאוד נעימה. יש המון מה לעשות בסביבה. Stoupa מקסימה וכך גם כל הסביבה. מסעדות טובות, חופים יפים, מאפיה מצויינת וסופרמרקט נוח. מומלץ מאוד!

Absolutely beautiful villa! Both the owner and manager were wonderful and friendly! The villa had an amazing view, was pristine and perfectly located for a relaxing vacation but within driving distance of some great attractions. The few times we had questions they were answered promptly and politely! The kitchen was well stocked with enough food to provide us with meals when we first arrived after a long day of travel from the US. The owner and manager were both very attentive! We highly recommend this location and if we travel to Greece again will definitely stay there! We also really enjoyed the region due to it being very welcoming to tourists but not what I would call a real touristy destination. In other words just perfect. Enough restaurants and shops to get what you need but no high end retail stores or tacky souvenir shops. If I had to guess this is what travel probably looked like years ago. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, it’s exactly what we were looking for.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα τις μέρες του Πάσχα! Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική, λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά από την Πύλο. Η επικοινωνία με την Ανεζίνα ήταν άμεση και η ίδια πρόσχαρη, ευγενική και πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει για να περάσουμε όμορφα. Ευχαριστούμε για την άψογη φιλοξενία!

Architektonisch ein wunderschönes Haus mit fantastischer Aussicht und Abendstimmungen. Herrliches Frühstück und immer wieder kleine Überraschungen. Ein magischer Ort mitten in der Natur und doch sehr Nahe der Hauptstrasse Kalamata-Areopoli. Der Pool war in dieser Jahreszeit trotz Heizen kühl. Danke an Matina und Stavros welche sich sehr um ihre Gäste kümmern.

We stayed there last year, but at the time, we only stayed for 3 days and barely enjoyed the place. We loved it so much, that we decided to come for a longer stay. I’m glad to say that We were not wrong! The area is amazing, only make sure to have car to have the flexibility of enjoying the area.

This is the second time we've stayed here, and the fourth time in the area. It is an absolutely beautiful location. Perfect weather and everything within 10 minutes drive. The house itself has everything and is flawlessly presented. We'll be back again.

Such a great place to stay at. We absolutely loved the apartment. It is located in the middle of some olive tree gardens and about 150 m from a very private slightly stony beach. From the huge balcony you can hear the waves crashing to shore. The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures and might have been one of the most well-equipped AirBnBs we have had. The fantastic pool area is used exclusively by the guests during their stay and offers many seating areas, a BBQ and outdoor showers as well. The owners are very friendly and even left us some pomegranates from their garden. If you need help or tips for local restaurants they are quick to help. Kyparissia is a great place for many different trips - most of them are only about 1h drive away - Olympia, several waterfalls, many beautiful beaches. Additionally, there are two supermarkets just before you turn off from the main road providing you with everything you need .We would absolutely come back again :)

Our Villa was beautifully appointed and well thought out. We were beyond pleased with this listing. It truly exceeded our expectations. Loved all the outdoor areas as well as both pools. We’ve already decided to come back for much longer. Perfect place to unwind and reset. Loved the casual vibe of the area. Thank you Maria! You are indeed a Super Host!

What an incredible oasis! We stayed at Fenia’s with our family for a few days before we got married at Petra & Fos Boutique Hotel & Spa a couple minutes’ walk away. It was idyllic! We loved our little hideaway. Fenia and the local host Dimitra were lovely and very helpful. The house is spotless and the location spectacular. Dimitra was always there to help and provided us with some local treats on arrival “. It is useful to know that you need to tell the hosts in advance if you need linens on the sofa bed on the mezzanine as they aren’t readily available. A strange smell at some points during the stay and some electrical issues but honestly neither detracted from the stay. The pool is beyond perfect and we would love to come back again!! In fact, if we could buy our own exactly the same, we would :-)

We had a fantastic week, Niki's castle is incredible! it's fantastically well equipped which really made a difference. Beach towels, pool towels, beach umbrellas, loads of cooking ingredients, toiletries, everything we needed and more. I loved using the herbs and spices to prepare food for the BBQ pit. There are so many places to enjoy the stunning views... breakfast on the mid terrace, dinner at the top, table by the pool, table by the BBQ, you're spoilt for choice. And what a view.... those sunsets! Nike was a brilliant host, really quick to respond, and there were lovely treats to enjoy...like homemade olive oil and homegrown Kalamata olives! The location was great, a very short drive down to the coast where we tried many of the beaches. Also an easy drive to Kalamata itself, and the airport. We found a good format for our days was beach in the morning (easier to find parking), then pool for the afternoon. Though a sunset swim in the sea was a highlight. Thanks Niki, what a week!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent and far from neighbours so we could be a bit loud at night. We will definitely be back - would highly recommend!
