A hidden gem close to the lakes. We felt right at home when we arrived. The house is located in the country side, so you have a feeling of being surrounded by nature, while still being close enough to some small towns that have restaurants. It was around 40min drive to the lakes. We loved the jacuzzi and the sauna overlooking the winery, it was great to spend the evenings there. One small remark: the stairs are very small, so if you have any difficulties it might be challenging to go upstairs, but for us this was perfectly fine. I would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! A very special place – nestled in beautiful nature, absolutely quiet and full of heart. So much love is put into every detail of this accommodation - cozy, tasteful and simply to feel good. We felt at home from the first moment. Marina and Ivan are two wonderful people – warm, attentive and simply incredibly loving hosts. They surprised us with small, loving gestures, showed us their beautiful garden and even gave us a fresh, small salad. Such cordiality is rarely experienced - it really made our stay unforgettable. The Plitvice Lakes - an absolute must - are only about 30-40 minutes away. But as soon as we returned, we knew: we couldn't have wished for a more beautiful, peaceful place to spend the night at the end of our trip. Thank you from the heart, dear Marina and dear Ivan – we will never forget these days. Highly recommended!

The Hedgehog House and surrounding area are beautiful. The house is amazingly crafted and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The cats were an added bonus for our boys who missed their own cats. Marinko is a great host, very help and attentive.

Milka was so friendly and helpful! Great place in a quaint town that is only 20 minutes away from Plitvice Lakes — would definitely recommend this spot if you are interested in hiking.

Fantastic time out in the middle of the vineyards and nature with a magnificent view!The green oasis of Slovenia. We had the pleasure of spending a few days in this cozy holiday cottage on a vineyard, and it was simply beautiful. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a magnificent view. Champagne & chocolate were ready for us. The cottage itself is cozy, well thought out and furnished with great attention to detail. You can immediately tell that everything here has been built and designed with a lot of passion. An absolute highlight is the terrace with the whirlpool and sauna, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking landscape to the fullest. Here we were able to relax perfectly and leave everyday life behind. For cozy evenings, there was also a barbecue corner and a fire bowl. We would like to thank Matej for the hospitality. Matej brought us wine & wood. We had a relaxing time for two with dog.

We had a wonderful time and we would definitely recommend. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and the place was comfortable and clean. The canoe was a nice bonus and we truly enjoyed our adventure with it upstream. The elderly woman who lives upstairs was very sweet and friendly.

Quiet house in beautiful surroundings. Amazing views from the bedroom and the hot tub! Mirna and Andrija were super friendly and helpful, they even had a lovely selection of local specialities and homemade bread prepared for us when we arrived! We will definitely come back if you'll have us again. Thank you so much!
