LITTLE HOUSE AT PLITVICE LAKES

Little house is situated in a peaceful small village of Rastovaca, just 500 m (5-10 minutes easy walk trough the little forest) from Entrance No. 1 of the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Bus station is also at Entrance No.1 of the Plitvice Lakes NP, as well as the small souvenir / grocery store, cafe shop, buffet and couple of restaurants on 5-10 minutes walking distance. If coming without a car, we suggest to do bigger shopping before coming to the Little house. Little house is split into 2 levels and it is completely furnished. It consists of kitchen (oven, stoves, coffee machine, water heater), dining room, living room (SAT-TV and AC), and bathroom on the first level. Please note that there are spiral wooden staircase leading on the upper floor (because of this it is not recommended for people with difficulty in walking) which consists of 1 double room (15 sqm) and a space with 1 single bed, AC. In the cold winter days there's also a central heating at your disposal, on request. Free WiFi is available in the Little House and in the common areas of the property. At the corner of the house there is a covered terrace with table and chairs. There is also a private parking in front of the house and house itself is surrounded by a garden with small children playground. We ask all of our potential guests to get acquainted with the Croatian legislation with regard to the documents necessary for registration in the house.

I had a wonderful time at Sandra’s beautiful home. She was warm and welcoming from start to finish. My room was beautiful and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect as you could walk to the entrance of the park from the house. Sandra made me a delicious breakfast the next morning and we chatted and she gave me a wonderful tip about a location that I would’ve missed. It was the most incredible view and the perfect ending to a magical couple of days. I definitely hope to return one day and would absolutely stay with Sandra. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Cara

This place was great, it felt like a hotel room. The ceiling was low, which was ok for us, and there’s no shower curtain around the bathtub. But overall it was a great experience. This place is super close to Plitvicki jezera, 6-8 minutes away .
