Absolutely beautiful studio that overlooks a valley filled with Kangaroos, Rabbits and plenty of birds. Driving into this property i was blown away by how gorgeous this place is in person. The studio gets plenty of sun, and is less than a 5 min walk away from Audrey Wilkinson. The location of the property is perfect, as it felt very private yet was so close to everything that Pokolbin had to offer! Sally was very responsive, making our check in & stay feel seamless. She also recommended some local eateries, and was very kind and welcoming. Genuinely can’t recommend this place enough, the whole experience was a 10/10 and i’m looking forward to coming here again. Thank you so so much Sally and Iain for hosting us!

A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

beautiful place. my travel group gasped out loud at first peep through the doors. ample space for all of us without getting into each other's way. place is exactly like the photos. hot water and heater worked excellent in the cold weather. really nothing to complain about. would love to stay again. Ziona was a wonderful and friendly host. thanks for having us!

A great property to base yourself while in Shoal Bay. 10 minute walks into Shaol Bay, or to the beaches. To have Wreck beach 10 minute walk from your door is fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house was perfect for what we wanted. If we do get the opportunity to visit Shoal Bay again, we defiantly hope to stay here again.

Bobs Balcony was a great place for 4 couples to meet for a weekend get together. Well equipped kitchen with lots of supplies, was very handy. Had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay at Bobs Balcony again. Thank Kim!

Villa Nessa was an amazing stay! Vanessa was friendly and attentive, being quick to reply to all questions, queries, and issues we had during our stay. The house itself was beautifully appointed, well equipped, and spotless upon arrival, with the location being very peaceful and serene. There was plenty to do at the bnb with the pool and hot tub being especially big hits. Would definitely recommend!

Would highly recommend this Airbnb. The location is ideal for exploring Newcastle with lovely restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Easily one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. You can tell Adrian & Fiona really care about the guest experience, everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the amenities to the cozy touches around the space. Wow! I have a lot to say about this bnb experience.. First and most importantly, Sarah is such a wonderful host - she allowed us to have an extremely flexible check-in and check-out. She went above and beyond and her hospitality was honestly spectacular. She was so flexible when we requested to stay longer and even gave us discounted rates. We were shocked at the incredible value her bnb was. It was like walking into a friend's home; such a well stocked kitchen, 10/10 beds, amazing bathroom and shower, beautifully decorated home and all the homely touches that make being away from home extra special. I cannot recommend Sarah's place enough. It exceeded our expectations and Sarah is honestly the perfect host.

A very nice town house. Feels like home as soon as you walk in. Well appointed with all the small touches. Upstairs gets a bit hot but can be managed with the aircon in one bedroom and pedestal fans in the others. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at Mon’s place. It’s conveniently located and easy to fine, and was great for our son with toys for him to play with and a swing set in garden! Would highly recommend.

Amy's house was beautifully presented and aesthetically appealing. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone in to renovating the space and visually appealing from the second we walked in the gate. Amy was so pleasant to communicate with, fast to respond and so accommodating to our specific needs. I highly recommend Amy's place to anyone travelling around the Newcastle area. Everything we needed was in close proximity. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Loved the house. The layout was perfect. Bedrooms not close together, 2 bathrooms, everything elese in between. The views are stunning. Love having cows, horses and sheep roaming close. Loved it.

Sonia’s House is in a quiet community with beautiful views. Wake up with birds as your Alarm Clock. A Gorgeous Kitchen with all the utensils you need to feed the family. A chemical free non toxic environment, is very much appreciated. Thank you ☺️

I spent 4 nights with my young kids at Naomi’s place and it was just what we needed and was exactly as it had been advertised. Naomi was a fabulous host and helped make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

Such a unique house. Plenty of space, walking distance to the ferry into Newcastle CBD and the beach. Host was flexible with earlier check in and later check out but I guess that depends on bookings before and after.

Lovely homey stay over long weekend. Beautiful natural light filtering through glass doors. Gorgeous high ceilings which made it feel so spacious. Original house features complimented with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Air conditioning made it comfortably warm. Electric blankets on all beds allowed for extra comfort and a good nights sleep. Definitely recommend to stay.

We really enjoyed staying here, it felt like a home away from home. It had every little thing that makes a place feel like a home instead of a hotel like accomodation. The kitchen was very well stocked. The kids also loved having toys and the baby equipment was very handy. The location is great, walkable to restaurant, beach, museum, etc. The hosts were very communicative and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Best hosts we have had to be honest . Perfect family location, foot paths, flat streets and new park next to it. The place was great value, nothing wrong and functional for families. Top service and we are returning customers. Dave

Lovely neighbours, good location near the end of a wide and quiet street. Maryville is a great location and we liked the neighbourhood.
