Holiday rentals with a patio in Kontich

Το διαμέρισμα είχε τα πάντα. 2 τηλεοράσεις. Με πάρκινγκ. Όμορφη αυλή, στα όρια της πόλης, αλλά μπροστά σε στάση και σε δέκα περίπου λεπτά ήσουν στο κέντρο με τα πόδια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης φιλικός και απαντούσε αμέσως. Γενικά πολύ όμορφο μέρος να μείνει κανείς

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Antwerp! Denise was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful—cozy, tidy, and thoughtfully decorated, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal, and we were even able to park just 30 meters away, which was super convenient. I’ll definitely be coming back for another stay when I’m in Antwerp! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay, great location to use public transport. Apartment is very clean and has everything you need. 10/10 recommend, we can’t wait to visit again.

Tim was really kind and helpful, I arrived really early and he allowed me to drop my luggage’s before check-in. The check- was smooth, the studio really nice, near the subway and some shops. I really had a great time and enjoy my stay. Tim is a very nice host, responsive ,kind and helpful. I highly recommend

I’m really glad to found Nick’s appartment for previous week. It was much better, than we expected. The location is perfect, you can walk easily to center, you can reach anything with the great transportation opportunitites. There are several coffe shop,restaurant, shop etc in the surrounding. The apparment was really peaceful, you can feel peace, and feel like at home. 4 adult person can share it easily as well. To total plus was Nick’s mentaility, who is super-kind, and totally flexible host. We got proactively recommendations, and could have modified checkin/check out. Thank you for everything! If we come to the city again, we will choose this place again:).

Logement très agréable très propre sauf la porte du four et du micro-ondes ondes. Lits confortables. Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Environ 25 min de marche pour rejoindre la centre ville de Bruxelles. On n’a pas trouvé le lieu pour prendre les transports en commun mais la distance est tout à fait faisable à pied. Parking très appréciable.

A great apartment with easy access to both the subway and bus stops. We were heading the Expo Centre which is only 3 stops on the subway and it was easy catching the bus into the city centre. The hosts were easy to communicate with and a last minute request for the sofa bed to be supplied with linen wasn't a problem. The apartment is exactly as pictured and spotless.

Wat een geweldig huis! Een hele fijne sfeer, het voelde voor mij alsof het huis je omarmt. Prachtige locatie, midden in de stad en toch heel rustig. Mooie groene tuin. Bart is een geweldige gastheer. We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Zeker een aanrader als je van een huis met karakter houdt. Ook het verhaal achter dit huis vond ik zeer inspirerend en mooi. Dank je wel Bart! Ons verblijf was kort maar we zouden graag nog eens terugkomen!

The town-house was beautiful with lots of space and great amenities. We were a group of 8 girls and we were very comfortable! We loved the dining area, the table was a beautiful art piece, and the couch and blankets provided made the living room very cozy. The beds and sheets and pillows were comfortable and everything was very clean! Our hosts were amazingly friendly and helped us with anything we needed- they even brought us a hair dryer when we asked if there was one! I would highly recommend this house, the location is great and central near many restaurants and shops, while the street the house is on is fairly quiet. 10 out of 10 we loved it!!

Fijne plek met heerlijke grote tuin met een fijne overkapping om buiten te eten en lekker een jacuzzi. Het huis is ook prettig en groot genoeg. Van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Maar voor het gevoel van privacy zou ik bijvoorbeeld een heg tussen beide huizen prettig gevonden hebben. Hoewel de (super vriendelijke) hosts niet veel thuis waren voelt het toch alsof je wel heel makkelijk bij elkaar naar binnen kijkt. Maar.. zeker genoten van deze fijne plek en wie weet komen we nog een keer terug.

great location and easy walking distance to anything you could want. Parking is free on Sundays and after 22h on weekdays, but if you need to park during the weekday or Saturday the street parking sbould suffice, there is also an Indigo garage (National Bank location) a short 5 mi walk. Note: if you dont have a European mobile number some of the parking apps wont work, as thats how they verify your account.

A beautiful place to stay and enjoy vacations.

Good location, very well equipped kitchen and excellent communication with the owner. There was a minor issue with a socket that was sorted out right away. The bathroom is gorgeous with a deep, comfy bath and a spacious shower. The beds are very comfortable too. Walking distance to independent shops with beautiful fresh produce, lovely bakeries and plenty of cosy cafés and eateries. Rupel Sushi especially recommended. We also loved the big Saturday morning market which is well worth a visit. Mechelen is a beautiful, safe city. The tourist information is excellent. Lots of guides, maps and gorgeous postcards. Friendly, multi-lingual staff. A word of caution: there are ebikes and e- scooters everywhere. They travel at considerable speed and we had a few close calls. Take particular care when crossing road and cycle paths.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Het huis is zeer compleet, alles is aanwezig en prachtig ingericht. Fijne ontvangst en contact tijdens ons verblijf. Zeker een aanrader!

Marie was a very friendly and responsive host. She provided us with great local recommendations and was very accommodating. The apartment is located very well and within walking distance of many good spots in Antwerpen. Everything was very clean and as portrayed in the pictures. If we come back to Antwerpen, we would definitely like to visit this accommodation again. 10/10.

Estava bem limpo, localização tem fácil acesso através de transporte público. As fotos realmente parece o ambiente. Indico para quem tem interesse.

Dicht bij park gelegen woonruimte. Ruime woonkamer met goed uitgeruste keuken. Ontbeten op buitenterras. Rustige woonwijk. Goed bed, prima badkamer. Alles schoon en netjes. Prima uitvalsbasisvoor bezoek aan Antwerpen.

Très bel appartement décoré avec goût et dispose de tout le confort que l’on peut avoir besoin ! On s’y sent comme chez soi ! Wilhelmina a été très accueillante et m’a donné ses bonnes adresses à proximité ! Le centre ville est accessible en 15min facilement et le port intérieur est juste à côté, parfait pour se promener en fin de journée ! Je recommande à 100% et reviendrai volontiers !

Roxane est une hôte charmante, très disponible et réactive . Le logement "design" correspond au descriptif. Il est lumineux, très propre et bien équipé. Un grand merci ! Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir si nous avons l’occasion de revenir à Bruxelles, une superbe ville .

Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad! De gastvrijheid was enorm – ik voelde me direct welkom. Het huis was erg schoon en alles wat ik nodig had was aanwezig. De keuken was volledig uitgerust, met schone pannen en keukengerei. Ook de locatie was perfect: rustig en toch centraal gelegen. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens willen verblijven!

Michèle is the sweetest person and a very thoughtful host. She was very flexible with my check-in or request to check in early. Her neighbor was even helpful. Michèle shares her home and it is a such a cool space. The large window with the flowers boxes. The birds landing outside as the sun shined in. I enjoyed my stay. I walked around the neighborhood. I’m so glad Michèle encouraged me to venture out instead of ordering in. I enjoyed the local restaurants and a bakery she recommended (get the tart with fresh raspberries 💖). I used the washer, I lounged on the sofa, I love the bedroom with the French doors. Michèle checked on me regularly during my stay, even when she found out I was feeling under the weather, she made she I felt well enough to travel. When you stay at Michele’s home, she shares so much useful info. I have notes for my next visit. As a solo female traveler, a host like Michèle is pure gold.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der schönen Wohnung. Gerne wieder.
