A good option for those with a small budget. The house has heating, no air conditioning. A small bedroom, a spacious living room with a mini-kitchen, a small but quite comfortable bathroom. The kitchen has the bare minimum for cooking. An excellent balcony in the 2nd floor apartment, a large window in the living room. Of the minuses, I can only note the inconvenient location of electrical outlets - one behind the bed in the bedroom and a couple behind the sofa in the living room. The hosts are friendly, in touch, ready to help you with advice.

The place was amazing. Very clean, spacious and homey, it was comfortable to chill out at the place. The host was super helpful, gave us so many recommendations for where to go, where to eat, what to do... Definitely recommend it for longer or shorter visits to the place!

Perfectly placed for the access to the Tara National Park and lake Perucac. Peaceful, walking distance from the local supermarket and restaurants, highly recommended!

I had a great time in Zlatibor and the short walk downhill to the center was perfect for us to explore. Felt like a Colorado mountain town, so we felt at home. Sasa and his father were great hosts and this was a relaxing location.

My stay at Nikolina's place was just wonderful. The place is easy to find, and Nikolina sent very detailed and clear instructions the moment I made the reservation. She provided many great recommendations for places to visit in the area with clear directions on how to get there and other useful info. The accommodation itself is everything you need for a stay in Tara, a great base for your mountain vacation from which you can explore a plethora of sightseeing spots, lakes and other attractions. The front yard is lovely AND it's huge, with a beautiful view of Zaovine lake. The summerhouse was the star of the show for me, a perfect hiding spot for your mountain getaway - very cosy, yet spacious, with hot running water, grill, fireplace, fridge and everything else you may need for making food or just hanging around and enjoying your evenings. There are a few other grills around the yard you can use as well. Overall, 10/10, would recommend.

Fantastic apartment. The hosts and his parents were very hospitable and accommodating. They were very polite and lovely. We could not get enough of the apartment. Very clean and everything was there to cook meals at home. Bed was very comfy and the apartment was great. I would highly recommend this apartment

Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji, u samom centru svih dešavanja. Zdravstveni centar I apoteka su odmah pored. Apartman nije za one koji idu rano na spavanje jer se do kasno čuje muzika iz lokala koji se nalaze ispod , ali je ta buka zanemarljiva u odnosu na prednost same lokacije. Apartman je adekvatno opremljen I Za svaku preporuku.

Amazing place near lake Zaovine. We spend almost 3 week with 2 little kids there and it was amazing stay - very quiet, beautiful views, a lot of places to walk, fishing, swimming. Very liked.

Дали подробные инструкции как добраться до дома. У дома есть парковка на несколько машин. В доме есть все что нужно, чисто и красиво, а так же тихо и уютно. Очень красивая терраса на первом этаже дома. Рекомендую 😀

This house was splendid. You can find everything you need easily. We had a wonderful time cooking barbeque in the summerhouse and relaxing in a cozy living room. The surrounding area was very quite. We really enjoyed the country life. I highly recommend this place for all those who want to have a rest far from a noisy city, for families with kids and those who appreciate their time.

I was looking for a quiet, casual spot with access to hiking to spend a long weekend. I wanted to bring my dog. Goran's place was a great match. It's in a beautiful location and had the basic amenities I needed. The AirBNB directions took me to the dam on Lake Zaovine, but I located "Vila Arena" on an internet map to get the rest of the way. Goran's English and my Serbian are limited, but we managed just fine. Goran and his guests were friendly and considerate. If I had questions or requests, Goran was quick to help me. There is a mini market ~8km from the apartment and a restaurant ~2.5 km. I brought basic groceries and coffee with me, prepared those in the little kitchen and ate one meal out. I did a long walk one day and relaxed with a book in the apartment the next. On a return trip I would bring some friends to enjoy the beautiful location and a topo trail map so I could explore the off-road areas a little more. A great visit and I'm happy I went!

This place is wonderful! Its lively and cosy! If you like to stay in traditional, „real“ places, you will love this place! Everything is lovely, you have everything you need to enjoy a time aside the big city. We enjoyed the stay a lot and didnt want to leave!:)

Milka and her husband Borko are the nicest people ever! We were welcomed with great hospitality: lovely spacious and clean apartment with terrace. On the kitchen table there was a delicious raspberry cake that blew our minds, nam! The apartment is located near town centre, the little grocery shop is next to the house, as well as a nice restaurant. We liked the town of Bajina Bašta, Tara national park, river Drina so much that we extended our stay. The hosts were so great, helpful and friendly and I would like to recommend Milka's lovely apartment to all future guests! We would love to come beck to Bajina Bašta and stay at their place again ;) We wish them all the best! Thanks for hosting us! Greetings from my family and me!

Everything was great, Vladimir is a great host :) Apartment was clean, everything was like in photos. Very peaceful neighborhood, there is small market one minute from apartment. We will come again for sure :)

Stan izgleda isto kao na slikama, udoban je i prijatan, čist, terasa je sasvim dovoljne veličine. Krevet je udoban, kuhinja ima sve što bi bilo potrebno za jedan kraći ili duži boravak. Čak je i zgrada nova i održavana u savršenom stanju. Lokacija je tik iznad nekadašnje autobuske stanice, preko puta hotela Mona i zaista na pešačkoj udaljenosti od svega što nam je bilo potrebno, jezero je na deset minuta laganog hoda. Topla preporuka za ovaj smeštaj

A great little nest with forest views close to walking trails & stores/amenities in town! The apartment has a thoughtful layout overall with solid amount of storage, and a well-equipped kitchen (was lovely to have a blender for smoothies!). We appreciated the parking as well. We had a great stay—thank you!

once again I stayed in this home, and sure I ll stay again in the future. it's a small apartment warm and clean . suitable for 1-2 people.Very close to city centre and you can go everywhere by feet.
