There are popüler cafes and restaurants nearby. With 500 mbps unlimited internet and wifi6 connection, you can both work online and enjoy Izmir. There is air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. We have tastefully decorated our apartment considering the needs of travelers.

In Göztepe, İzmir s best place for staying, a spectacular apartment with a beautiful sea view. 2 bedroom with a king size bed, 3 air conditioner, natural gas heating, kitchen with everything you need, special parking place and an unique İzmir Bay view and a lovely sunset view. Our building has elevator so you don't need to climb any stairs with your heavy luggages. Our parking place is not ok for vans. we can't allow bigger than SUV

From start to finish Mehmet's communication was excellent, he is extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious, perfectly located for my use, near the promenade, near the tram station and looking out onto lovely gardens. If I'm honest the apartment is noisy from the neighbouring apartments due to poor sound insulation, that said, I would definitely stay again, the best place I've stayed in Izmir.

Don't hesitate, you won't regret booking here.First of all, the house is newly renovated, better than the photos, the bathroom is large and comfortable, the bath water pressure temperature is perfect.The hostess keeps the house heater at 25 degrees, so it's warm and cozy to come back at night.The host couple are warm and welcoming, and will warmly invite you to have tea and coffee whenever you meet them, where we feel as warm as home.The location is also extremely convenient, with access to the city centre, everything was so perfect.
