Our apartment is located in the most decent neighborhood of Heroes, within walking distance to the center of Alsancak, the fair and metro station, and it is 15 minutes to Kordon, the pearl of Izmir and Kıbrıs Şehitler Street. It is a modern designed and stylish apartment where the building and all the items are brand new. The apartment is at the first entrance and everything needed for long-term stays is available in the apartment. It is an apartment where you will feel private ,peaceful and positive.

Magnificent Stone House2 in the Center of Izmir

The house is 2 stories only and located at a hill overlooking the bay of İzmir. The ground of the house is rocky and considered one of the safe areas for earthquake.The Building has a spacious garden. There is also a common big terrace with great sea view. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Kemeralti Bazaar. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square from which you reach all public transportation like metro, bus, and ferry.

An amazing apartment in Güzelyalı, in front of the sea. This is the best view you can find on Airbnb in İzmir. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

Hey:) This is a stylish and centrally-located place. 2 minutes walk to Üçyol center where you can find amenities such as markets, bakeries and all kinds of grocery stores. The underground/tube and bus stops are 2 minutes walk as well, located at Üçyol center. You’re only 5 mins away from the Historical Elevator. You can walk to seaside (Karataş) in 6-7 minutes and take the tram to Alsancak and Göztepe.

You can trust the explanations in the advertisement with peace of mind. All the pros and cons of the house are clearly stated; you can make a choice knowing what to expect. The location of the house is very calm and quiet; it is suitable for those who want to get away from the crowd of the city center and relax. It may be necessary to use public transportation to reach lively places. Its location is close to all kinds of public transportation. You only need to climb the hill to reach the house after getting off the tram (you can avoid the hill by using the famous elevator). She was meticulous about house cleaning, leaving no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was furnished with great taste and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. Ms. Cansu personally greeted us, gave detailed information about the environment and even supported our special needs. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you :) <3

It's a perfect place. Thank you very much for Mr. Boris' hospitality and quick response to questions. The view of the house was magnificent and the house was clean. If you have a car, the only problem will be finding a parking space, but if you drive around the street 1-2 times, you will definitely find a place to park. I will definitely contact Mr. Boris during my next stay in Izmir.

Stayed here for 1 night, the place is super close to the shopping area in Izmir and also the sea, it was amazing! And there is a lift in this place! Trust me in entire Turkey, this is a luxury, where you did not have to carry your luggage. Also, as per the curtains, there are blinders available, the switch is right beside the windows, I did not face any issue. Cozy little place and worth the price. Have to add, the staff was also super polite and helpful, arranged the taxi for the airport as well.
