What a fabulous place to spend a few quiet days in the Hungarian countryside! The house is in a lovely little valley with forest behind. Our hosts were both super friendly and very helpful. We especially loved the outdoor areas. Bedrooms are upstairs which are a little steep. It’s a great spot for a family or few friends to enjoy relaxing time together.

We had an unforgettable 2 nights at Kozma 48! Gabor was great throughout the booking process, and Lena communicated with me prior to check in and met us at the house when we arrived and when we left. The house and town were both wonderful - a gem in this part of Hungary! I have a family connection to the place, so it meant even more to me, but I know any people on holiday in the area would enjoy their stay at Gabor and Lena’s comfortable little house. It is a traditional historic home with all the comforts of modern life. If we come back, we would happily stay here again! Thank you, Gabor and Lena, for everything! ☺️

Imre is a fantastically friendly and caring host. We rented it for a bachelor party for a weekend, and it was a great success! A spacious venue provided the opportunity for an 11-person LAN party, a whiskey tasting and cooking. Due to the location, we were not disturbed and we did not disturb others with loud music or conversation in the middle of the night. Imre was absolutely flexible when leaving, there was no problem with the handover either. I highly recommend it to anyone who can appreciate the possibilities described above in an accommodation.

The host is amazing, he was always responsive and helpful if we faced any difficulties. The house was super clean and beautiful. We faced few issues to reach there, but Zsolt helped us very much. Was an overall perfect experience!

In real life it is twice better than on photos. Big, clean, cozy, relax Villa with a lot of private spaces, so even if you have big group all of them can find place for relax from each other if needed. Great sauna, big jacuzzi, big pool. A lot of staff, toys for the baby and infants (even a pool is secured from the baby if needed). You can stay with dogs since all the territory 100% secured and fenced. 1 parking spot on the territory, and about 3 parking space just behind the fence. Totally recommended!

Flexible and responsive host. Great place to stay, good value. Once the electricity network is renovated, it gets even better.

The big value of this place is the swimming pool and the gazebo with a nice view. There is a little train you can operating and it will bring you up and down the hillside, it is a lot of fun and it brought great joy to our stay. You could also just walk up, but who wants to walk when there's a tiny train?! Károly (pronounce 'Carl') is a very friendly host. We all wished we could have stayed longer.

We LOVED this place and Mark is totally the best host, always ready to help and so kind. The house is nice, pro tip for parents with little kids, the bedroom has one small window that is really easy to blackout, so babies had calm nap time and nights. Area is also very calm and it’s easy to grab anything you’d need for babies from stores like DM. The hot bath outside makes the experience totally luxurious, we recommend Hungarian snacks and wine at starry night in hot bath. Ahh! Dogs were also welcome, garden is well fenced and big so our dogs could enjoy the stay as well. Ooh and another bonus for tired parents, good coffee! And dishwasher and laundry machine. Definitely easy for us to stay with twin 10 months old and multiple dogs. Super enjoyable spot, we are already looking forward to be back next year!

We stayed at this beautiful location for a bachelorette party and everything was just perfect! The location of the accommodation is excellent, the surroundings are magical, but what we really need to highlight is the host's fantastic attitude. She was endlessly kind, flexible, and helpful from the start, paying attention to every little detail to make our event unforgettable. The bride was also completely enchanted and we made wonderful memories. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special experience!

The place has everything we needed during our stay. Quiet neighborhood and parking spots are available. Everything looked brand new. In fact, I personally enjoyed unboxing the brand new coffee machine that the owner brought when we asked for one. The bed is so comfy. And the large TV screen felt like a cinema while watching from the comfy sofa. The owner was so helpful and responsive. The place is totally recommended.

This place is a real gem in Dömös. Very well equipped . The environment is peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here.

The house looks better than the pictures, it’s very welcoming and you feel like home. Its very spacious and clean, you can set very easily the temperature in the house and works perfectly.You have everything you need, the sauna works and it’s perfect after a long cold day. I will definitely recomand and come back to this place!
