Villa holiday rentals in Kolonnawa

This was the last place we stayed at as we were leaving Sri Lanka. The host and caretaker were helpful and responsive. The house was clean and had most of the things. We didn’t get much time to go around and see. The caretaker was around 24/7, we ordered food at home and the delivery guys could find the place easily. We packed and were set to leave the next day.

Totally recommend this Villa. The host, Jagath, is so accommodating and kind. Really nice rooms and plenty of space. Pool is great too!

Neo and the crew was very helpful and flexible. The property was very clean and well maintained. The amenities were in good quality. We would love to stay again in the future.

I had requested for an early checkin since I had an early morning flight and Dinelka was kind enough to agree to it and keep everything ready when we arrived. Since we had 2 extremely sleepy kids, it was a blessing that we could just check in and get rested. Overall wonderful experience and pleasant stay.

We recently had the pleasure of returning to Stephanie Villa for our second stay, and once again, it felt like stepping into our own home. This villa is truly one of the finest family-friendly accommodations we've experienced. The place is simply amazing, and its location couldn't be more ideal. Stephanie made the whole experience even more delightful with her excellent communication and flexibility when it came to check-in and check-out times. A nature haven near and far enough from Colombo We wanted a couple of days away from the bustle of the city. Located just 30 minutes from the city centre this place was an ideal getaway. Our family of 4 (2 little kids) enjoyed the quiet surrounds of nature. The house is nestled in greenery that meets the eye from every room. The minimalist modern furnishings and fixtures let us truly relax, exactly what we wanted to do without any agenda. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. A pizza dinner was had on the main road. Lots of amenities, restaurants and fast food chains, even the mega store Arpico meant we didn’t have to worry about food and drink. And yet this place is so tucked in nature that we could hear birds and all manner of nature in the early morning hours. This place struck me as a great place to host a few couples and families for a weekend of relaxation. Also positioned well to jump on the motorway southwards etc. Highly recommend for one and all!

We stayed here for three months with our 9-month-old baby and had a wonderful experience. The house was safe, spacious, and perfect for any family. As first-time parents, we really appreciated the extra support—some of the owner’s relatives live nearby and were incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Amila was also a fantastic communicator and co-host, always quick to respond and help sort out any issues in the house. We truly felt looked after and enjoyed our stay very much.

We had an amazing stay. The views surrounding the house and the interiors of the house were absolutely stunning. Every part of the house was so thoughtfully designed and decorated. The best part of the stay was the delicious vegetarian food which we throughly enjoyed. Sam, Sandun and team were extremely hospitable, warm and helpful. We look forward to staying at the BNB again very soon :)

Gorgeous villa with an amazing view of the lake and lots of space for four couples. The housekeeper, Dileep, was so proactive and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering drinks. We had an amazing barbecue on the last night and the food they cooked for us was always incredible, some of the best we had in Sri Lanka! The downstairs is open to the outdoors so expect some wildlife (geckos and mosquitos) - overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay with comfortable rooms and a pool with a perfect temperature!

Felt at home as we came. The caretaker and his wife was very kind and helpful. We have been in this villa before so we had a great experience last time as well hence we decided to come again with our parents. Place is very spacious with a lovely view of the pool, some greenery and the beach. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to go on a small vacay not too far from Colombo and enjoy with family and friends.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants and public transportation. The host was very hospitable and responsive, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The pool was very nice and clean. The caretakers are very friendly and helpful. This place is feels remote and closed off which is great for relaxing within the premise the villa although the neighbourhood isn’t all that great for tourists unless if they are local. The beds and furniture were all clean and spotless. The sheets are clean. The AC works well. Overall it was good place.

Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. Villa has a magnificent view and just views the serene water beneath the lovely sunset. The Villa was amazing. Hope to come back soon. Thanks Ayesha for consistently checking on us! ❤️🤩

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Me and my friends had an amazing time staying at this villa! The house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We spent hours playing the PS4 on the big TV, swimming in the gorgeous pool, and unwinding in the luxurious bathtubs. The facilities were fantastic and up to the highest standards. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel like a perfect home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable vacation spot!
