Nevena's apartment is nicely decorated and of high quality. Surroundings is quiet and scenic. We were personally welcomed by Maja, the housekeeper, the communication worked smoothly. The location of the apartment is very nice, quiet on the edge of the forest, and you can still walk to downtown in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and recommend Nevena's apartment!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in Kolašin, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare meals with ease, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. The location was ideal, close to the town center yet peaceful and quiet. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. Whether you're visiting Kolašin for skiing, hiking, or simply to enjoy the natural beauty, this apartment is the perfect home base. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Kolašin and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Very luxurious place to stay in a great location in the center! Everything was clean, new, fully equipped. The host is very friendly and approachable. You definitely have my recommendation 🤩

I very much enjoyed my stay. My hosts arranged to have me picked up from the bus stop, and were in constant communication. The room design is perfect for my needs. All the appliances work properly. The windows have screens, the water works well. The cottage is a 15 minute walk from the village center, with plenty of cafes, and stores on the way. There is a shop a 2 min walk on the corner. The hostess was friendly and we chatted on several occasions.

Marinela was a responsive host and provided clear instructions to aid an easy check in. She was there to greet us and provided us with delicious home baked doughnuts. Her apartment is on the ground floor of her home, right next to a forest and with views of the surrounding hills. So, a beautiful, peaceful setting, in aquiet residential area, but within walking distance of town and all its shops and restaurants. Not far from Biogradska Gora National Park, so great location. The flat was clean, spacious for a couple, comfortable and warm (new central heating). There was an under cover area to sit out on and plenty of parking space. Would happily stay again.

We had a magical stay at Marko’s place from April 5th to 6th. Communication with him was perfect, he was kind, attentive, and gave us clear instructions that made everything easy. The house is new, spotless, exactly as described, and even better in person. It’s spacious, bright, smells amazing, and has a great kitchen that we used to cook dinner. Everything was in perfect condition, and we felt truly at home. What made it extra special was Marko’s warmth and care, he made us feel so welcome and comfortable from the start. It’s rare to find hosts like him!! We’re so grateful for this experience and definitely want to return. Thank you, Marko!!

Marija and Jelena are terrific hosts. They’re very responsive, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at one of their locations. The apartment had a nice interior but could use a tiny bit more cleanup after prior guests. The exterior of the building is not the most inviting as the building is old and a bit run down. The same cannot be said of the interior which is decorated very nicely.

Slobodan is a wonderful host. We met near the house, and he guided us to the apartment and explained everything. The apartment is cozy and located in a convenient spot, near the bus station. There is a store nearby, as well as several cafes and restaurants

The accommodation is close to the ski slopes, and there is a parking space. We spent two days in the house, we liked everything very much. Cozy apartment with all amenities, I really liked the stove - full immersion in winter. Mirko is a very hospitable, attentive host always ready to help. Recommended. Hvala puno, Mirko!

Perfect location, just a 3min walk to the Town centre. The apartment was easy to find on Google Maps, and had many parking bays. The apartment itself is neat, cosy and contemporary, with all the necessary amenities. Great value for money here.

The place was in a good and quiet location. We loved the flexibility to check in and the hosts are very kind. A kitchen equipped with a frying pan and a kettle so you can cook/water something simple. The apartment is part of a larger house, so you share the hallway with others, but that doesn't matter.

We had an amazing stay at this newly built well-maintained apartment in Durmitor. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—if not even better! The host was incredibly attentive, resolving any issues we had promptly and was always available when we needed assistance. Though we were two friends, this place would be perfect for a family with kids or two to three couples. The kitchen was lovely, the wooden floors gave the home a warm and cozy feel, and the rooms were all heated with breathtaking views from the windows. There’s plenty of parking available (though there’s no paved pathway yet, so it can get a bit muddy in the rain, but we simply took off our shoes at the entrance). There’s another apartment on the lower floor, but we didn’t notice any noise at all. First, you must register in the Tourist Office and pay daily tax. The host doesn't not inform of this on the listing, house rules or in person. I was delayed doing so. The apartment was nice, clean and looked like the photos. I believe the shower was recently replaced, so there's no longer a little tub. The apartment has most kitchen items for an extended stay - pots, cutlery, dishes, microwave etc. There are basic tv channels and wifi available. Beka provided local information and recommendations about store opening time. The town center is about a 5 or 6 minute walk. The neighborhood is cute and mostly quiet, except for a few hours each day there are children playing, yelling and driving motorized cars in front of the apartment. I did notice a lack of cleaning supplies, such as a broom, dustpan and extra trash bags which would have helped keep clean during an extended sta with pets.. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Great place for excursions, everything is super close. The apartment is large and equipped with everything you need. We were even able to do laundry. The kitchen equipment was ok, could have a few more plates etc but was just right for us. Thanks Budo

Place was spacious, very warm and cozy. Easy to find and easy access. The hot tub works perfectly as well. There is space to park your car and you are really close to everything in Kolasin and the ski centers. Would definitely come here again!
