Centrally located with free parking, and electric charging stations right in front of the house. Grocery store with bakery and delicatessen. Pizza on the same street. There's also a butcher shop, with delicacies and ready-made meals. There is a good playground for both small and older children. Private entrance to apartment on the 1st floor.
