Holiday rentals with lake access in Koh Chang

We keep coming back to this part of Koh Chang. It’s really quiet and easy for families, no need to leave the area if you come prepared. The house had a wonderful view of the golf course. It was quiet and peaceful. The pool is a great size and perfectly half in the shade and half sun in the afternoon. The house is clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating for all and fully equipped kitchen with good quality pots and pans, dish ware, glasses etc. even an air fryer! we brought our own coffee machine. You might want to bring a coffee press or pour over (I can’t remember if they provided) The most important part of this place is the internal staircase for us. Two adults and the kids in one room (with sofa bed) and another king downstairs for another couple. It was great. The unit close enough to the beach, the beach club and little sunshine resort. I would recommend this place to anyone. Beach tip: there are sometime sand flies so bring coconut oil, it helps.

Our stay at the pool villa on Koh Chang, Thailand, was absolutely wonderful. The villa was fully equipped and spotlessly clean, with efficient daily housekeeping that kept everything in perfect order. The surrounding area of the villa was stunning, located in a beautifully maintained community. The long, pristine beach was a highlight, with shallow waters in the bay, making it perfect for swimming. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we would love to return in the future!

Airbnb war sehr authentisch. Es gab zwar einige Makel wie nur eine einzige AC aber diese wurden alle wett gemacht von der süßen Einrichtung und der perfekten Lage zu Strand und Hauptstraße. Außerdem konnte man an der Rezeption eigentlich jede Aktivität sowie die Transfers zurück nach Bangkok oder auf andere Inseln buchen. 10/10 immer wieder gerne!!!

What can I say? It’s a slice of heaven! This was my third time here (2015, 2018, and 2025). The island changed a lot but not my secret little hide away. There’s not another place on the island like it. It’s magical. The fan works great so I never needed AC and it was the hottest time of the year. This isn’t the place for anyone who doesn’t have a childlike nature. You are in nature and you coexist with it. It’s perfect!!!!!

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer einzigartigen Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ruhig und umgeben von wunderschöner Natur – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Atmosphäre war besonders und ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch für Kinder absolut toll – viel Platz zum Spielen und eine naturnahe Umgebung. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man fußläufig schnell an der belebten Hauptstraße mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, ist wie ich fand, der schönste auf der Insel. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Pawina was a great host. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the property. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a personal touch. We really enjoyed it. A wonderful place to visit.

Une très belle vue sur la baie depuis le balcon. Un environnement calme et le port de Bang Bao juste à proximité pour des balades en mer. Des bars sur la plage en nombre à quelques centaines de mètres. C'est ce que je recherchais. Calme et familial.

Yodying, o anfitrião e Mr. Peak, o gerente, foram incansáveis a tornar a nossa estadia memorável. Recomendo muito ficar aqui, seja para um fim de semana, seja para um mês. Koh Mak é um lugar muito especial, e a partir deste alojamento conseguimos ter uma experiência completa da ilha, mais local do que qualquer resort. Senti-me em casa, voltarei certamente! Obrigada

Kleine Unterkunft sehr nah am Hafen. Nette Gastgeber und gutes Frühstück. Die Hunde waren auch sehr lieb. Möglichkeit zum Motorroller mieten und ein Mini Supermarkt in der Nähe. Strand vor der Tür, leider mit Müll. Preis Leistung top!

This accommodation was perfect for our 6 person family group. The penthouse has stunning views over Bang Bao beach and pier and the swimming pools were ideal for children and adults alike. Nearby cafes were great for quick bites and in the fishing village we found excellent places for dinner.
