Holiday rentals in Kogevina beach

What a charming, cool old stone house with appropriate furniture and so perfectly located. Right in the heart of the village whilst quiet and peaceful at the same time. The apartment was really well kitted out and super clean. Phil was kind enough to leave us a few basics in the fridge for our arrival and helped us with our luggage which was appreciated. Kassiopi is a wonderful place with everything you could need for a relaxing trip - hiring boats from Filippos is must, dinner in Foros in Old Perithia shouldn't be missed and we loved 'Old School' restaurant in the harbour. All the restaurants we visited were at the very least good and there were some lovely boutiquey shops selling some pretty dresses, basket bags and gorgeous jewellery. The local cats were a highlight for my daughters - please feed them and take them some water when you visit! We hope to return!

Tatiana is an excellent host; she was very responsive and checked to make sure that we had everything we needed. The outside area is very big with plenty of space for our group to spread out and enjoy the sunshine. The swimming pool is a nice size, certainly big enough and deep enough for a good swim. The town of Kassiopi is about a 20 minute walk, take some torches, (mobile phones), for the walk back. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes away, the owners are very friendly. The location of the villa is perfect, one of the best we have ever experienced. It is set well back from the road and is not overlooked. At the end of the pool there is a lovely view over the bay below the villa. The villa is very spacious and clean although a little dated in places, but this adds to its rustic charm. This must be the place! for your vacation. It was perfect in terms of location, privacy, comfort and very nice surrounding. We had everything we needed, Angeliki was great host. I would rate 11 points from 10

Our holiday was everything we imagined and hoped for. We arrived and found the villa to be beautiful, quiet and peaceful, set in lovely gardens. We literally put our bags down, got into our swimsuits and into the pool. Every morning we woke to sunshine, beautiful views, and had coffee on the balcony. We spent most of the day in the sea, swimming with the fish. The water is so clear. We loved the pool, had fantastic family BBQs outside. The taverna next door is friendly, has fabulous local food - you need to book. There are loads of things to do for all budgets. Lisa, the concierge is fantastic. She treated us as if our holiday was the most important one, she was friendly, informative and made us feel very welcome. She booked trips for us, nothing was too much trouble. There was fresh fruit and water, wine and bread and a selection of local food waiting for us, a wonderful welcome gift from Katerina. We can’t recommend Avlaki beach Villa highly enough and we hope to return often.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a wedding and it was perfect. Great location, just a 5 minute easy walk down to the main town. We had a few questions about certain amenities and the host was super quick to respond and helped us with anything we needed. Would recommend to those who need a few night stay in an easy to get to location!

Katia, who welcomed us, was warm and professional, even arranging a last-minute boat rental that became the highlight of our trip. Waking up to the sound of waves, enjoying sunset dinners on the terrace, and swimming in the crystal-clear Ionian Sea just steps from our door—every moment felt magical. Thinalo isn’t just a rental; it’s a slice of paradise. We’re already counting down the days until we can return!

Villa Melanthi is magical, it’s even better than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking. Villa itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The pool is amazing and was in constant use, table tennis was fun too. Outside space is wonderful. The hosts Haitho and Spiros are wonderful and could not be any more helpful, we can’t praise them enough. They really helped make the stay a truly special one including a lovely welcome basket upon arrival. We are a family of 8 (6 adults and two children 13 & 11) the villa was a perfect size for us. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday ☀️😍

We had a great stay at this apartment. Walkable distance to great restaurants, beaches and grocery shops. The apartment was very clean and the host was responsive. Great view of the garden. I really recommend this apartment and the host. It was a pleasure☺️
