Centrally located in the middle of Zealand between Køge and Ringsted and with quick access to the highway to the east, west, south and north. Everyone is welcome - including craftsmen! The apartment is on the first floor. It is 112 m2 and consists of three bedrooms, dining room/living room in the same room, kitchen with small dining area and bathroom with bathtub. There are four single beds and one double bed. There is free coffee, tea, cleaning products, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets as well as laundry soap for the entire stay.

You will be close to everything when you live our townhouse. Three minutes walk from Køge station with fast train connections to Copenhagen. The home is on the pedestrian street overlooking Sankt Nikolai church in a quiet farm. Private parking space in the yard, two double bedrooms and a small children's room with bunk bed. There is the possibility of an extra child. From all the bedrooms there is an exit to the balcony. From the living room there is access to the terrace. We don't have a TV package, but a screen to stream on.

The penthouse features a master bedroom, a guest room with an office and a sofa bed, a modern kitchen, a bathroom. The living room boasts impressive ceiling height and beautiful wooden beams, elegant lighting. From the living room, you can access a small balcony with a gas grill, which leads to a staircase down to your private parking. Only a 3-minute walk to the train and 10 minutes to the sea.

Free parking You'll have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base. The house contains a living room, a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with 180 * 200 cm bed, a small room with 140 * 200cm bed. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Cleaning fee of 450 kr includes a linen package. If you want to bring your own towels, bed linen, dishcloths, the cleaning fee is 200 kr. The difference of 250 kr will be paid upon arrival.
