The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Welcome to a lovely two-story villa apartment in Strøby Egede. An external staircase leads you up to the apartment's spacious roof terrace and main entrance. The apartment is spread over two floors with 85 m² on the 2nd floor and 21 m² on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. On the 3rd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an extra room with a single bed. The stairs are a bit steep and are less suitable for those with walking difficulties. Ceiling height on the 3th floor is 185-200 cm.
