Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ko Yao District

The Host is very responsive. We booked the hotel transportation service from the Host, it was well organized. The hotel staff are very friendly, they prepared the baby cot for us in advance. The listing location is nice, very suitable for a staycation. We love the Thai cuisine in Panwa House, one of the hotel restaurant. The white sand and beautiful scene is unique. We'll come back definitely.

We just spent two amazing weeks at Melinas Guest House near Krabi, Thailand, with our family, including our three children with partners and six grandchildren. Having the entire resort to ourselves created a special atmosphere for our gatherings. The staff at Melinas Whale Bar were fantastic, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The location right on the beach, with stunning views and breathtaking sunsets, made for unforgettable moments as we enjoyed sundowner drinks while the kids swam in the sea. We highly recommend Melinas Guest House for a fantastic family vacation and can’t wait to return!

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

The villa was comfortable and very spacious. It is a part of a hotel property but it is a separate building where you can park right next to the villa. It is in an awesome location, near several national parks and caves to explore. Also Khao Sok is only an hour away. Just a few meters from front door is a very large swimming pool. Larger than most hotel pools. Every morning, I put on my swim goggles to swim laps which was such a treat. We also, used the pool in the evening after a day of adventure. Most of the time, we had the pool to ourselves. It was majestic cooling off and looking up at the limestone towers behind the property. We even saw monkeys one night! Thames was the perfect host. He was very proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. He and the staff here were so friendly, kind, and helpful. When we were leaving my wife said she was going to miss this place. I agree. It is very special here because it is the kind of place you just feel happy to be.

Хорошее место для отдыха компанией, находится на достаточно тихой улочке, дружелюбные местные жители, в радиусе полутора километров располагаются минимаркеты Лотус и 7-11 (рядом с последним есть макашница с лапшой), небольшой утренний рынок, несколько массажных салонов. Рядом с домом, есть 2 недорогие кафешки и маленький магазинчик. Жили компанией 8 человек, снимали в аренду 2 машины и 1 скутер - проблем с передвижением не было. Думаю, будет тяжело без своего транспорта - автобусов не видел, такси не так много. В кладовой имеется небольшой инвентарь для сноркелинга. Из минусов только мелочи, на которые не стоит обращать внимание - видно что дом сдается в аренду :)

Хорошие апартаменты. Внутри было чисто, есть пастельное бельё и полотенца, но нет принадлежностей для душа. В целом рекомендую.

Pook responds to all questions and is an amazing host overall. Her stay has everything you need and is very clean! Room smelled nice and came with snacks. It's convenient to get to from the airport using the airport bus, which cost 100baht. There is also a bus stop at Central Mall which can take you to Patong beach. There's another bus stop (it's pink) in front of a 7/11 that can take you to Karon and Kata with a 7 minute walk as well. For this stop you have to make a left when you exit the condo and follow the walk path walk straight until you see it. No need to cross to Central side.

This was a lovely place with plenty of room for our five guests. The kids particularly loved the balcony pool and we enjoyed the views. It's off the beaten path so not for those who want to be in the heart of the action but for those like us that want a quiet and private retreat it was ideal.

I had a great stay at Calm. Although it might be hard to get to if you don't have any transportation of your own, but in our case we rented a car and it was quite easy to reach. Check-in went very smoothly, we've arrived and were shown the place and even got some recommendations for food in the area. The house itself is clean and very well equipped with good and fast WiFi, TV, Bluetooth speakers, large fridge and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Of course the area is also beautiful and we even had bean bags on the pontoon in front of the house to watch the view. Highly recommend staying here!

We booked Ecovilla for our stay at Krabi based on the tremendous reviews on Airbnb and Google and guess what, it didn’t disappoint ! In fact, we had a lifetime experience staying here. We received a warm welcome from David and family. They were always around for us throughout the stay. Their place is for whoever looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and to whoever want to enjoy a peaceful stay with remarkable view. My parents really enjoyed this trip and i wont deny if they say Ecovilla was the main highlight for our entire Thailand trip ! Tin boy is the 2nd in command of the whole villa and farm 😅 as he knows and teaches you everything that you need to know while you are there. Not forgetting Nim and her awesome cooking. Thank you Nim for everything! Overall this will be a lifetime experience to whoever staying.

Really beautiful location for a cabin in the jungle - suuuuuper private location so you feel completely alone and in touch with nature. we saw monitor lizards, frogs, a green snake and birds. getting to the cabin is difficult unless you’re comfortable on a bike or you drive. the hill is really steep and bendy and very tricky if it’s raining - my partner and i got caught in the rain whilst riding up and it was a bit freaky - but this has nothing to do with Adul and is just something to note when going here. if you’re new to bike riding then avoid, you’ll struggle to get up and down the hill. The fuse box blew for us at around 1am and we figured out where the issue was ourselves - thankfully the tripped fuse was in the garden, and not internal, so we were okay. You’re out in the country side, electrics failing is normal sometimes. the inside has a wicked TV and sound system, gorgeous balcony/patio and a nice pool. would stay again! 💗

Lovely space to spend some quiet time in Phuket. About 30 min drive to all the attractions. Would stay again.

Hands down the best place to experience the true colors of rural Thailand, fair distance from all attractions and the most beautiful sights to see in and around the home. Absolutely wonderful stay. Must visit.

Great Location, easy to find and easy check in and check out loved it there, loads of local thai restraints to choose from, only 10 min drive to phuket town or 20 mins to rawai beach, place very clean plently of space highly recommended, host is amazing and help with all of our needs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

ทุกอย่างตรงตามรูป ฉันคิดว่าที่พักนี้มีที่ตั้งที่ดีมากซึ้งตั้งอยู่ตรงกลางระหว่าง2โรงพยาบาล นั้นแปลว่าจะมีร้านอาหารท้องถิ่นที่ราคาถูกมากมาย ในวันศุกร์เย็นจะมีตลาดเล็กๆที่โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ บริเวณที่พักมีร้านสะดวกซื้อที่สามารถเดินได้ ที่พักจะใกล้กับห้างเซนทรัลแค่ 7-10 นาทีถ้าขี่มอไซไปคือสะดวกมาก และห่างจากห้างโลตัสแค่ 5-7 นาทีเช่นกัน ฉันชอบมากเพราะสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกรายล้อมทุกด้าน แต่หากใครที่มาพักด้วยกัน2คน และมีกิจวัตรประจำวันที่ค่อนข้างแตกต่างกันเช่นคนนึงอยากไปทำกิจกรรมข้างนอกอีกคนยังนอนอยู่ จะมีความไม่สะดวกเล็กน้อยเพราะห้องจะใช้ระบบคีการ์ดในการเปิดประตูห้อง,เปิดไฟฟ้าในห้องและขึ้นลงลิฟต์ นั้นหมายความว่าหากAต้องการไปข้างนอกโดยที่Bอยากอยู่ในห้องจำเป็นต้องให้Bลงไปส่งAที่ล๊อบบี้ด้านล่าง แต่เรื่องนี้จะไม่ใช่ปัญหาหากAและBเข้าใจกันทั้งนี้ระบบคีการ์ดยังช่วยประหยัดไฟ หากเราออกไปข้างนอกเพราะมันจะปิดอัตโนมัติ เจ้าของที่พักรับโทรศัพท์รวดเร็วมาก

We stayed at this villa for three nights after an eventful week in northern Thailand and it was the perfect, peaceful place to end our trip. It was impeccably clean and comfortable, with daily maid service. The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check in several hours early. As others have mentioned, it’s a bit outside downtown Ao Nang and sits at the end of a rural road. The host provides airport transport for a fee, so I recommend using that and also downloading Grab to call taxis to get around. We also took advantage of the massage services offered by the host. Highly recommend!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet endroit très tranquille, loin de l’agitation de Phuket, dans un quartier pas du tout touristique mais rempli de bonnes surprises (plages, restaurants, commerces et marché locaux …) Penchan et son mari sont très aimables et serviables, et nous avons reçu plein de bonnes recommandations. Nous sommes désolés pour Penchan du comportement inadmissible de notre voisin de bungalow et nous ne comprenons pas le manque de réactivité de « l’aide Airbnb » … lors d’une situation très problématique avec ce voisin !

Mink was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Her condo was spotless and clearly well maintained. The bed was soft and very comfortable, and the air conditioning wasn't noisy, which made for a great night's sleep. The whole condo is impressively quiet I couldn’t hear any noise from the road or the corridor. The internet connection was fast and stable, which was perfect for working and streaming. Also, the building staff were welcoming and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended!
