Condo is good, and Tomas is a great host. He did everything to make our stay comfortable. This location and neighbors are very good for a calm and relaxed time spending. One very important thing that I don't like, it's the beach. It's a dump, and local people absolutely ignore it. Once volunteers from CoralCrabi cleaned it and that's all. I understand that it's rainy season and waves every day bring waste, but that's your country and your place and your waste. You should think and care about it your home and place that is supposed to be touristik no matter that it's a low season. Krabi, it's a heaven, but ruined of plastic.

Riya is the best host, always very responsive, was in touch and answered any questions. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a long stay. Good internet. There are changeable towels, the right utensils for cooking and all appliances. I recommend this apartment for booking.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything happening in the old town. The apartment itself was lovingly decorated and has great facilities that all worked well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We loved the place, some breathtaking views, they passed by us at the port and accompanied us back, everyone in the hotel was very friendly, the breakfast they serve is very delicious, not skimpy, super happy with the choice, and recommended.

I had an amazing experience staying at Phyll Phuket Condo! The apartment was exactly as described in the photos super clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything was well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. A special thank you to Peter, the host, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. He even arranged a late check-out, which made my departure much more convenient. His hospitality truly enhanced the experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish, and hassle-free stay in Phuket, I highly recommend this place! Would definitely book again.

A very pleasant stay! Krabi proved to be a balanced location - stillness and tourists to the ideal extent. Very cool beaches, with the very tame sea. The hotel is by the sea, has a swimming pool and a beautiful garden and always well taken care of! The local workers presented themselves very kind and friendly. The common areas of the hotel are conducive to making friends. We have kayaks available for guest use. The room welcomed us well. Fully usable kitchens, served us very well! Air conditioning falls very well in the heat. And the beds are a delight! We are grateful to live a month in this place, sharing the living with the beautiful people who work there! We will definitely be back! This place is such a hidden gem away from the loud noises from the restaurants but easily walkable. The host was very responsible and ensured our check in went smooth. Beautiful island as well.

Great place to stay! We were a little worried about the location of the bedrooms for nothing! Everything was spotless. Plenty of places, lots of sockets, smart TV. The host was always available and helpful if you had any questions. Due to our inattention, we owed Napapon 200 baht. We will definitely come back to this wonderful country and return the debt! I recommend renting from Napapon, a wonderful host.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and the surrounding village and beaches was the best part.

Perfect place to stay. Very clean, easy communication, everything thought through (they've even had a small pharmacy bag there!) kitchen is perfect, view from the window very pleasant (i've finally started to visit fitness center and swim because the pull was to beatiful to not to go there and i've seen it from the window each day hehe :) Highly recommend!

The apartment is modern, well decorated and right on the beach, the place is very quiet and peaceful, just what you need for a vacation! the owners were very friendly, explained everything and helped with renting a scooter, I recommend it

Great location. 2-5 mins walk to the beach & 20mins drive to the bar strip in Ao Nang. The apartment itself is large, spacious, clean, light and airy - really fabulous indeed. The major downside during our stay was that the relaxation we'd anticipated, was tainted by the ongoing construction of apartments. It was constantly noisy with drilling, banging, hammering every day from around half 8/9am through to half 5/6pm every day. Ohh eventually offered, as a recompense, a free airport transfer and upgrade to one of her larger, ocean facing private pool villas which was awesome however, frustrating that this was only for our remaining 2 days here. Great restaurants: Rimlay directly across the road (consistently delicious food!) and The Beach Bar had a lovely English breakfast. The White Orchid Bike Rentals is fantastic! Excellent and friendly service with a good selection and availability of scooters. We highly recommend.

This was a lovely place with plenty of room for our five guests. The kids particularly loved the balcony pool and we enjoyed the views. It's off the beaten path so not for those who want to be in the heart of the action but for those like us that want a quiet and private retreat it was ideal.

We stayed in this apartment for about 1.5 months. It is comfortable to live and work together. The accommodation corresponds to the description. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, the windows overlook the living room on a noisy road, the bedroom windows overlook the courtyard. The noise of the road from the bedroom is a little audible, but you get used to it. There is a balcony. Two air conditioners, working properly. Fast internet, suitable for work (about 400 mbps), but caught intermittently in the bedroom. There is a small work desk in the bedroom. There is only an outlet on one side of the bed. :( Free cleaning once a week. Very large bed. Spacious apartment, separate bathroom. At the end of the stay, they paid 3000 baht extra for electricity (this is spelled out in the description). The nearest 7/11 is an 8-minute walk. The nearest, undercrowded Ao Yon beach is 25 minutes by bike. 10 minutes to the old town. Nearby there is a weekend market with the best prices on the entire island. Overall, this is a very good option for Phuket. Good location outside the tourist part, no traffic police :)
