⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A unforgettable stay! Everything was absolutely perfect: the villa is splendid, decorated with great taste, impeccably clean and ideally located. The setting is peaceful while being close to all amenities. Vincent and Eva were great from start to finish. We recommend this house without a second thought and hope to have the opportunity to come back soon. I hope to see you next year 😁

We had a wonderful time at JR's beautiful villa. The pool was lovely to cool off in after a beach day or in the evening. Nice bathroom, nice mattresses and enough hangers for your clothes. JR himself was very helpful and always responded to the many questions I had (sorry JR🌺). He also gave great tips for where we could spend the last hours before the flight back to Bangkok. Early and late check in was not a problem, he really thought along and where possible he will accommodate you. That was very nice! The only downside I can think of is that the air conditioners are not completely optimal for the space. The sun is on the villa all day, which is of course lovely, but the air conditioners could not cool the space enough. But that was not to spoil the fun, we enjoyed every moment! We had a fantastic stay at Christian’s place! We were welcomed on arrival and shown around the places - the views were nothing short of beautiful and a really great location! The space was as described and lovely and modern! Would definitely recommend a stay here without a doubt. A few things to note: -Fisherman’s village had a bustling night market I believe on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays evenings. The fire show is on daily and can be seen from the Airbnb, deffo recommend a stroll to watch it - we were wary of local taxi companies ripping us off compared to Bolt app but actually some of the taxis that we got that (red pick ups) can be cheaper if you have a large group like we did - On the walk to fisherman’s village via the beach there were 2 dogs (these looked like pets as had collars on) that were incredibly vicious and protective even on the second occasion we tried to walk and kept close to the shore. Nothing to do with the Airbnb just a heads up if you walk via the beach

Great accommodation with breathtaking sea views. You definitely need a car if you don't just want to be on the mountain. Sun burns from morning without shade on the pool. Everything there as described by Matt.

Our stay at Lukas Villa was fantastic! The villa is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained located in the peaceful jungle. Lukas was very kind and always available to help with any questions. A scooter is necessary to get around, but if you need one, Lukas will arrange for you. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it! Many thanks Lukas, Noon and Egg!

I have travelled to every corner of the earth and used Air BnB’s for a number of years….. but the Z-Villa has completely blown every other place out of the water!! - IT IS AMAZING!!!!!!! Truly the most unique, peaceful, stunning, happy, quirky, beautiful property I have ever had the pleasure to stay in! Just wow. I knew it was going to be impressive…. But my jaw hit the floor then I arrived. The detail that’s gone into the design of this home is OUTSTANDING. I wanted to be somewhere that felt remote and secluded; but had all amenities within a few miles drive; and the Z-Villa was PERFECT. I spent hours relaxing and floating in the pool, at nights I used Zak’s fully equipped kitchen to cook meals, and during the days; I sunbathed in the living space and deck. It was lovely to have staff who were on hand at all times to help with cleaning and they kept the place SPOTLESS. This is a MUST if you’re looking for the most wonderful place to stay on Koh Samui. Every detail was just PERFECT!

This was, hands down, one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and located in a peaceful, scenic area — exactly what we were looking for. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were our incredible hosts. Wat and Khun went above and beyond in every way. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home with warm hospitality, thoughtful local treats, and consistent support throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel like honored guests. Equally outstanding were Martin and Karen, who were always just a message away. Their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. They provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, hidden gems, and must-see spots that made our trip even more special. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this place and crossed paths with such wonderful hosts. If you’re considering booking — do it. You won’t regret it.

Amazing villa with a wonderful floor to ceiling window view! The host went out of their way to make our experience excellent. The host provided transportation all over the island, coordinated a luxury boat for a snorkeling excursion, and was very helpful with recommendations. I was very impressed with the host’s responsiveness, helping with each need we had. We loved all the details, from a stocked fridge at local prices, to family games, to fresh croissants, to great amenities in the bathroom. This host really treats travelers well!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Camille. The Villa is simply perfect, and probably one of the most beautiful houses we have stayed in. The views are breathtaking and you will enjoy many hours just sitting and enjoying the views and the fantastic pool. What you see on the pictures is what you get, actually it´s even better! But what really makes this place a gem is the lovely couple Tom & Toto, that will take care of you and help you fulfill every wish. We used Toto's car, with him as our tour guide and driver. Tom made us the most delicious food, we quickly realized, that the best food on Koh Samui is in Villa Camille. We ended up, dining almost all meals in the Villa. What you don't get ? If you need lots of other tourists, noise and party, this place might not be for you. But if you are looking for at breathtaking Villa, luxury and good food, this is the place to be. 101% recommend this place, and if ever we come back to Samui, THIS would be our go to !

I can’t say enough how amazing Jim’s villa was… if I could just live there I would. Amazing views, beautiful upscale furnishings, great pool, wine fridge well stocked and an incredible chef prepared breakfast every morning. Jim went above and beyond to help with local recommendations and bookings. If you are considering going here, just go!

The villa is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. The rooms are lovely and the cleaning staff are remarkable. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy.

We were a little hesitant to book at Sukkho, having been let down before by places that look great online but fall short in reality. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was different—my wife’s smile said it all. The estate and villas are spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly positioned for privacy and amazing views. Regis and Monica were incredible hosts, making us feel like VIPs with their warm service and helpful advice. The floating breakfast was a lovely touch, but the standout experience was the cooking class with Michelin-starred Chef Rung. Held at the estate’s private restaurant, it was easily the best meal of our trip—made even more special because our wives cooked it under the chef’s guidance. If you’re happy to take short taxi or rental trips to local attractions, you’ll be rewarded with exceptional value, genuine luxury, and a place that feels built with passion. Thank you, Regis and Monica—we’ll be back!

Travelled with a group of seven friends and the villa suited us perfectly.. the villa was huuuuge and there were lots of spare rooms. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and catered to our every request. Would highly recommend for a large group hoping to experience Patong and surrounds. :)

Great place to stay. Exactly as described ! Piyavit is a wonderful host. His staff is extremely helpful and responsive. No disturbance whatsoever. Had a great time and a wonderful vacation. Situated right on the banks of the sea and close to a beautiful cafe. Serene !! Loved the safety features, the cleanliness and everything else too. Highly recommend it.

This place is magical and very hard to leave! The staff was more than generous to us and was very easy to communicate with. They gave us suggestions of places to go and gave us everyone’s contact to get us there! My family of 6 has been here a week and has made friends with so many locals that we wish we could stay longer. 5 stars all around best Airbnb and staff!

We were finding refugee for songkran and parties, and this place was true heaven !! From pick up to the villa and check out everything was great, Guy is very responsive for everything. Villa is outstanding, the view, the bed, the pool, and the shower ... facilities are amazing we had the most relaxing time thank you so much!! Fully recommend !!

We were lucky enough to spend time in both of wao mountain's houses. Both houses are on a private road with lots of privacy. The smaller wao villa is perfect for couples. Whether in the bedroom, living room or the spacious patio with many different corners, you feel surrounded by the beautiful green of the jungle. The view sweeps over Tong Sala, the sea all the way to Koh Samui and the plunge pool invites you to cool off. The view from the slightly higher villa on the rocks is even more spectacular! The large pool is perfect for swimming and there's nothing you'd rather do than sunbathe on the large sun terrace. The interior of the villas is cozy, well thought out and with comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and more. Philippe is an exceptional host. You can tell that he is passionate about his work and cares about the well-being of his guests. He was always available, solution-oriented and ready with good advice. We will gladly come back again. Thanks💚

Can’t speak more highly of this place - it was beautiful! I can’t think of anything we would change! Mhee and the others were amazing too - so helpful in answering questions and arranging things for us and the breakfast every morning was delicious. Definitely recommend hiring a couple of scooters to get around. The current building works nearby didn’t bother us. Highly recommend this place ❤️

Truly a remarkable place! Beautiful villa directly on beach. Pool was outstanding- large and wonderful water temperature. Outdoor shower big plus! Rooms were 5 stars and bathrooms perfect. Breakfast included! Most importantly, Kob was there everyday; she made breakfast individualized to each of our family members, cleaned rooms to 5 star hotel level, and washed our clothes daily (an amazing perk)! David is so incredibly responsive- restaurant recommendations, airport questions, and even clinic recommendations when my wife has a minor health issue (worked out great!). A/c in bedrooms are A+. Few things to note- kitchen/dining/living rooms are open air al fresco with fans- 24 hours of high humidity in June limited the amount of time we spent in these areas. Beach has great sand- perfect for sand castles, but is a bit rocky (water shoes) and shallow for a long distance- great for little kids. Exit off main road to Villa complex could use better signage and lighting.

Amazing location if you’re looking for beautiful decor, a private location that’s just a small hike away from several beaches. Will definitely come again!

Kevin was an incredible host and super responsive from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. He is always on hand to help. The property is stunning and looks better than the pictures. You have direct access to the beach and given the shallow waves its very family friendly. If you want a peaceful getaway away and something different to the hustle and bustle then this is the place for you! we would love to come back again in the future !
