The room was really nice and the area was very peaceful while still have lots of good food etc around! The only thing was the bathroom had a bit of a smell

Perfect accommodation for those looking for peace and privacy. A house with everything you need in the middle of palm trees and only 7 minutes away from the most beautiful beach on the island. Easy and quick communication with the host, everything is great! To get to the store or other places on the island you need a scooter. minuses of the property: - next to the property there is a road to the beach, so you can constantly hear the sounds of scooters - there is a unit in front of the window to the air conditioner, so when it turns on, it creates an extra noise that can be heard indoors (especially noticeable at night) - sometimes there were problems with the Internet But despite these nuances, the place was perfect for us! Would love to come back again!

Spacious & Super Close to the Beach, would always come back when im on Koh Chang!

Actually, we don't want to write anything... Because everything we would have to say would only draw attention to this beautiful spot of earth and it might not be so easily available anymore. We had a wonderful stay. Despite a full occupancy on the island and in the resort, we had practically everything to ourselves. The location, the beach, the staff... everything was perfect. We come back and consider us for this loving stay. It was just nicer for us like at home.

This accommodation was perfect for our 6 person family group. The penthouse has stunning views over Bang Bao beach and pier and the swimming pools were ideal for children and adults alike. Nearby cafes were great for quick bites and in the fishing village we found excellent places for dinner.

We will be back for sure...Beautiful spacious place, well laid out with fully stocked kitchen. Excellent views, quiet area which is what we were looking for. Very satisfied!!

We keep coming back to this part of Koh Chang. It’s really quiet and easy for families, no need to leave the area if you come prepared. The house had a wonderful view of the golf course. It was quiet and peaceful. The pool is a great size and perfectly half in the shade and half sun in the afternoon. The house is clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating for all and fully equipped kitchen with good quality pots and pans, dish ware, glasses etc. even an air fryer! we brought our own coffee machine. You might want to bring a coffee press or pour over (I can’t remember if they provided) The most important part of this place is the internal staircase for us. Two adults and the kids in one room (with sofa bed) and another king downstairs for another couple. It was great. The unit close enough to the beach, the beach club and little sunshine resort. I would recommend this place to anyone. Beach tip: there are sometime sand flies so bring coconut oil, it helps.

We loved staying here! It was so peaceful and relaxing. Ellie's place was well equipped and we spent many hours chilling at the private pool. A taxi was organised for us to get to the port and back. Communication with the on island team was great too. We shall return one day!

the bungalows were amazing..receptive host and Chart did a good job of making sure we were comfortable. felt like family in the whole area. good food and massage across street, wonderful area-so beyond beautiful. we want to live there now. they even let us know about the river which was better than the ocean and crystal clear with locals serving great food and cold beer. will absolutely return if possible. this is truly a hidden gem on a diamond of an island.

A unique place with beautiful landscapes The location was very peaceful and private but easy to walk to shops for coffee, food, and entertainment. The island itself is quite unique to others. Was very easy to navigate around and explore. Generally a quiet relaxed vibe. Super

Great 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom villa in a quiet location. 200 meters off the main road, can walk to restaurants, cafes, 7/11 & massage.

Very nice villa with private pool for a reasonable price. Definitely recommended if you stay on Koh Chang.

Lovely space with great amenities, especially for those who enjoy a well-equipped kitchen. It's a 5 minute scooter ride away from Kai Bae Beach in one direction and Klong Phrao Beach in the other, with a great choice of restaurants just a short walk from the property. Our host "Lemon" was extremely friendly and helpful...will certainly recommend to my friends and family.

Location was awesome and Tanya is a fantastic host, highly recommend!
