Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Ko Lanta Yai

I really enjoyed fleeing tourist Thailand and discovering it authentic. Haneen is just adorable, always attentive that you have what it takes. She has at the foot of her rooms, a restaurant and prepares the typical dishes perfectly. A large, beautiful and quiet beach within a 10-minute walk. And all the little restaurants along the road. The place is large and clean, bedroom bathroom and even a small kitchen Thank you Haneen

Words cannot describe how incredible our stay was. Pete alone was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! He was so responsive and had so many amazing recommendations, a true local guide. There was a slight plumping issue in our room and he upgraded us to the most breathtaking villa. Pete was very caring and attentive to our needs and made sure we were looked after properly. Nancy, the cleaner, was also the kindest soul and so helpful. I cannot recommend Pete’s airbnbs enough. Koh Lanta was so welcoming and we met so many special people. More than peaceful stay and an unforgettable welcome, thank you for the peace of mind to Sonya and her family. I became attached to the neighborhood and also to the monkeys that I met during my stay haha, beware they can be naughty during the day. For those who want to progress in Muay Thai, a gym is located 2 min walk away. I recommend it for a short visit to Ko Lanta.

We had an amazing month-long stay. The house is clean, has great WiFi (perfect for remote work), and an incredible sea view with the most beautiful sunsets. Just 10 mins to the beach — we loved Prae Ae and the coffee at Escape Cafe. Oliver is a fantastic host: super helpful, communicative, and even drove us to pick up our bike. Grateful for the early check-in, late check-out, and the beers in the fridge — such thoughtful touches. The friendly house dog kept monkeys away and was a sweet presence. Note: the hill is steep, so be confident on a motorbike. Monkeys can be around but weren’t a problem. Only the bedroom has A/C, and April was hot — just something to be aware of. Overall, this place is excellent value and we’d love to return!

Had a great stay here. Pete was fantastic and helped us out a lot. Lot of great restaurants nearby. Only issue we had was air con could have been a bit cooler, even with the extra fan it was still a bit warm for us. Would definitely recommend!

Pip is one of the warmest people I met during our vacation. She has always tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. One day we came back a little later and she was already worried and asked if everything is ok with us. You probably couldn't wish for a better host. Now to the accommodation, the little cottage is located on the main street, but hidden behind the shops and that's great, it's nice and green and remarkably quiet. The facility looks very nice and the house itself looks very new. Everything was clean and worked flawlessly. The beach is just around the corner and there are plenty of restaurants (recommendation: The Sisters!!!) The bathroom was very clean, there was a kettle and a large refrigerator in an adjoining room. We would come back anytime. Clear recommendation!!

We had a pleasant stay at the beach house. Only disadvantage has been the non existent aircon :)

Great home for a short getaway. All the mod cons. Conveniently located but private too.

We had a lovely time and to ourselves exactly what we were looking for: a few quiet days with nice views and close to the beach. In addition, a kitchen was important to us, which is really well equipped here - there are plenty of cutlery, bowls/plates as well as pots/pans, etc. The apartment is very large and looks like in the photos, the balcony is great, we enjoyed it very much. Pool is beautiful and has a great view. Beach, supermarket, restaurants and massage are all within walking distance. We would have liked to extend it was unfortunately not possible.

Exceptional place. Perfectly equipped and Furnished, lacking nothing. As a yearly perpetual traveller finding places that actually feel like home are rare...this is one of them. Daniel and staff are great, super communicative and attentive to any needs we have had. This will be my perma-lanta place next time we come. I just hope it's actually available! thanks again daniel, really love this place. 10 on 10.

Perfect , the spacious quiet place, had a washing machine. the only thing is that it was away from the city and if or if motorcycle or car transport is required. Very nice Grace is always ready to help and very attentive to the requirements, she got us motorcycles to move around the city. Ko Lanta is a place rather a quiet village and beautiful beaches.

We were on site as a small family. We really enjoyed it, everything is clean and in a well maintained condition. The more beautiful beaches are a few (about 15 minutes) minutes away. But we knew that before. Therefore, we can only recommend it.

The apartment is super beautiful and very neat, and the surrounding view is gorgeous and so fresh. The bedrooms are big and there are a lot of space in the living room and kitchen with all the amenities and toiletries you need. Stephanie helped us with settling in and she was very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this place if you enjoy a nice and private holiday home.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Is it located in a very peacefull and quiet location and privacy is guaranteed. The 13m pool is great for cooling off or doing some exercises. Everything in the villa is in perfect working order and was cleaned well. Wifi also works perfect. Be aware that the walk up to the villa is quite steep. It was not a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues it might be difficult. In that case you might want to make sure you have some manner of transportation. Caretaker Jan is always avaliable and responds to any questions immediately. She can also arrange transportation from and to the airport.
