Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Ko Lanta Noi

The apartment has everything you need for a short/long term stay. My fiancee and I adored the location and nearby amenities. Pros: Very walkable to beach and/or findable for delivery services/rideshare. Beautiful location with lovely garden. Self service laundromat only a couple minutes walk away. Plenty of selection for local and international restaurants close by as well. Smart TV and consistent fast wifi. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. The only con i can think of is not having drinking water easily available but was easily remedied by using delivery services via Lotus/ Makro. So not even really a con. Just a slight inconvenience. All in all a superb, relaxing, stay with a friendly amenable host. Thanks again for everything.

Host was very nice , he helped us a lot. Place was nice and clean which was very important for us because we were there with 1yo boy.

Great location, suggest that occupants have a scooter.This is a lot of convenience.The view is great, the room is spacious and fully equipped.However, there is a small problem with the air conditioner in the master bedroom, and I hope the host will fix it.The overall experience was very good and would highly recommend

We had an amazing month-long stay. The house is clean, has great WiFi (perfect for remote work), and an incredible sea view with the most beautiful sunsets. Just 10 mins to the beach — we loved Prae Ae and the coffee at Escape Cafe. Oliver is a fantastic host: super helpful, communicative, and even drove us to pick up our bike. Grateful for the early check-in, late check-out, and the beers in the fridge — such thoughtful touches. The friendly house dog kept monkeys away and was a sweet presence. Note: the hill is steep, so be confident on a motorbike. Monkeys can be around but weren’t a problem. Only the bedroom has A/C, and April was hot — just something to be aware of. Overall, this place is excellent value and we’d love to return!

Also, taxis to the airport can be very expensive, so it’s a good idea to book your transportation in advance if possible—though, of course, that’s not the host’s responsibility.”

This was by far the best Airbnb we booked in Thailand. Everything matched the listed description online, the host was absolutely lovely too. It is located in the heart of the city and 7/11, main mall, restaurants, shops are all close by. We had breakfast below the Airbnb at the Moq Cafe, which is absolutely amazing. The entire stay was amazing. I would definitely recommend this.

Nice place, nice big room and bathroom and also a balcony in the room. The common area was very nice, I didnt use it but others did. Good location, in same building as Shatterbox restaurant. Easy checkin you do on your own, good described by the host.

A dream location! Nature and the pool area were great and various beaches can be reached by moped in minutes! Moped rental went directly across the reception and just went perfectly! In the morning before it comes low tide, the beach of the accommodation is also beautiful in the🤩 evening there is a fire show and fantastic sunsets :) we had a perfect time on Koh LANTA!

Exceptional place. Perfectly equipped and Furnished, lacking nothing. As a yearly perpetual traveller finding places that actually feel like home are rare...this is one of them. Daniel and staff are great, super communicative and attentive to any needs we have had. This will be my perma-lanta place next time we come. I just hope it's actually available! thanks again daniel, really love this place. 10 on 10.

Perfect , the spacious quiet place, had a washing machine. the only thing is that it was away from the city and if or if motorcycle or car transport is required. Very nice Grace is always ready to help and very attentive to the requirements, she got us motorcycles to move around the city. Ko Lanta is a place rather a quiet village and beautiful beaches.

We were on site as a small family. We really enjoyed it, everything is clean and in a well maintained condition. The more beautiful beaches are a few (about 15 minutes) minutes away. But we knew that before. Therefore, we can only recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Is it located in a very peacefull and quiet location and privacy is guaranteed. The 13m pool is great for cooling off or doing some exercises. Everything in the villa is in perfect working order and was cleaned well. Wifi also works perfect. Be aware that the walk up to the villa is quite steep. It was not a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues it might be difficult. In that case you might want to make sure you have some manner of transportation. Caretaker Jan is always avaliable and responds to any questions immediately. She can also arrange transportation from and to the airport.

Excellent location. 20-25 minute walk to Ao Nang beach (this is where most backpackers go out and where you can get a boat to Railey beach). The pool is great and the apartment has everything you need! Only thing I would say is the shower head falls down and the bathroom does smell slightly. Other than that the apartment is really clean and I would definitely stay here again.

This building is very nice with a great pool and good gym. The location is perfect, with a cute private beach with lots of restaurants right across the street. Everyone was very nice to us. We will stay again. :)

I have stayed here for 1 month and enjoyed the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was big and clean. However, it is quite calm and there is not very much todo.

Once again, the Blue House for us has been the perfect setting for months of stay. The Blue House is well equipped for longer stays and if anything is missing, Yanitha is both English speaking, helpful and caring. The house, where you have the upper floor to yourself, is located in a lovely peaceful setting, and the promise of the landscape there is both airiness and views, and still only a less than 10 minute walk to the beach and beach life in Kantiang. Five stars from us.
