Great home for a short getaway. All the mod cons. Conveniently located but private too.

这是一间在老城区巷子内部的民宿，很好找，出门就是老城区，很有特色！房间内部干净整洁，有点小瑕疵但瑕不掩瑜，主人很热情，照顾无微不至，我们的需要都尽量满足，很不错的房间！

Très bon séjour entre amis Le logements était exactement comme nous l’attendions. La piscine est très clean. Proche de petit commerce et d’endroit pour se restaurer Je recommande !

Vielen Dank nochmals. Wir (eine dreiköpfige Familie) haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt in dieser zauberhaften kleinen, sauberen und voll ausgestatteten Poolvilla sehr genossen. Der Pool war eine willkommene und kühlende Abwechslung, gerade zu den teils sehr heißen Vor- und Nachmittagsstunden. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Meer, zahlreiche Restaurants, ein 711 sowie Massagesalons sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder und könne die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. 😀

The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view. The pool is a huge bonus, it’s such a pleasure to relax in! We loved the peaceful location and the abundance of wildlife. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the house could be improved: damp spots at the base of the walls, a bad smell in the kitchen cabinets, a leaking toilet and mold in the shower. Despite these downsides, we truly enjoyed our stay. If you come across Edward (the dog with the quirky ear), give him a cuddle from us <3

Wie waren als kleine Familie vor Ort. Es hat uns super gefallen, alles ist sauber und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Die schöneren Strände sind ein paar (ca.15min) Minuten entfernt. Das wussten wir aber vorher. Daher können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Relaxing Family Stay in a Spacious Villa with Pool This villa is located in a peaceful area and offers plenty of space — perfect for families. The bedrooms have air conditioning, though the living room can get a bit warm. The private pool was great for cooling off, and we loved the nearby restaurant options like Yawee, all within walking distance. A small rocky beach is also just a short walk away — our kids absolutely loved exploring it. Communication with Jenny was smooth and quick via the app. Only minor downside: the cleaning could have been better (we found some hairs in the bathroom and dust around the bed and sofa), but with a vacuum cleaner provided, we sorted it out ourselves. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!

Super happy to have stayed at Kevin’s home from home at Manao Villas! We would have loved to have stayed longer but there was a booking straight after ours! Nick who was on the ground (managing the property) was great too. Certainly recommended 👍

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf hier. De woning is prettig en schoon, Laila reageert snel en is proactief als er een probleem is (het waterreservoir was na 1 dag leeg, dit werd na een melding heel snel bijgevuld en verholpen). De omgeving is erg mooi en Koh Lanta is een geweldig eiland om te zijn!

The place was amazing, we loved how clean the pool and our place was. We definitely recommended it. It was the perfect place for our family.

Nous avons séjourné du 29 janvier au 05 février et avons passé une semaine extraordinaire, la maison était au delà de nos attentes, si nous revenons à Ko Lanta c’est certain que nous y séjournerons de nouveau

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Is it located in a very peacefull and quiet location and privacy is guaranteed. The 13m pool is great for cooling off or doing some exercises. Everything in the villa is in perfect working order and was cleaned well. Wifi also works perfect. Be aware that the walk up to the villa is quite steep. It was not a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues it might be difficult. In that case you might want to make sure you have some manner of transportation. Caretaker Jan is always avaliable and responds to any questions immediately. She can also arrange transportation from and to the airport.

Hospitality, cleanliness, punctuality and a very cozy room! 5 minutes walking to Pra Ae Beach. If you rent a scooter (available on spot) you can easily get to all other beaches in the south. I strongly recommend to stay at Mr. Gep's place!! :)

Wirklich schöne Poolvilla mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem großen Wohnzimmer :) Der Außenbereich ist abgetrennt, nicht wie die andere Rezension vermuten lässt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :) Man braucht auf jeden Fall Roller oder Auto, weil fußläufig alles andere zu weit weg wäre - wir hatten ein Auto und es war perfekt.

Lovely little villa, everything was clean on arrival and in a great location. You could walk to restuarants, but probably easier to get a bike/car. There was a lovely beach opposite with small beach bar. In Koh Lanta everthing is not too far away. Nick is on site most of the time, so if you need any information with trips/Bikes etc.. I would definitely recommend staying here

A very lovely and spacious room! Very comfortable and large bed. A big bonus is being able to use the amenities at the El Pillax hotel. Very close to a beautiful beach with lovely beach front bars and restaurants all in walking distance!

Der Kontakt mit Linda und Robin war schon vor unserer Ankunft super freundlich und hilfsbereit – alle Fragen wurden schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Als wir angekommen sind, wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und liegt nur einen kurzen, schönen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Auch die Umgebung hat direkt einen positiven Eindruck gemacht. Die Unterkunft war top ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir nochmal den tollen Kontakt zu Linda und Robin. Egal ob es um Roller, Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurantempfehlungen ging – wir haben immer direkt eine Antwort bekommen und uns total gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir haben die Zeit auf Koh Lanta wirklich genossen und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles - Familie Jurs.

It was a fantastic house for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The views are stunning and you can't get bored with it. The swimming pool is huge. After 5 days of staying and playing in the water our kids started to swim better 😍 Kitchen area is huge and very well equipped. Thank you for the drinking water! Owners supplied us with a great amount of it. Also the washing machine and dryer were available for us (despite the information on listing's page) - which was a great plus. Communication was very effective and quick. Just the nearby beach is not good for swimming, esp. with kids. It is full of rocks (corals?) and it is hard to find a place to swim - that how it looked like in April. But still I would recommend the house because of its awesome views.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The place was super nice and had everything we needed. The host was great—friendly and easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth, and we found a laundry place nearby that did an amazing job. Would definitely stay again!
