Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ko Lanta Noi

Fanstatic place to live in if you have a big group. Pool was great, villa was great, kitchen was superb, bedrooms were comfy, entire space is huge, hospitality by the villa manager is outstanding, location is 4 minutes bike ride to Noppharat Thara Beach. Highly recommended! **For old people or disabled people, there are quite a lot of steep stairs in this property and I don't see any ramps for wheelchair access. Might not be suitable but I'm sure the villa manager can sort this out for you.

It was great staying at Khimhan’s place. He is a lovely person. He answers all my questions on a timely manner, he was understanding about checking in and out. His pool is nice and clean: highly recommended!

Sebastian was super helpful and responsive to all our needs. He set us up with a reliable driver for anywhere we wanted to go. Maybe it was lack of communication but we were under the impression that the house had its own beach from the photo of property from above and the way the listing worded it. And looks like there are chairs or umbrellas or something. We found plenty to do though and for the most part we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful stay at the Krabi Beach house. The property was fantastic and lived up to expectations. The location is perfect, beautiful and secluded, but close to everything. We loved the convenience of the House tuk tuk service, always quick and efficient. The maids were great and communication with Faii brilliant. We also particularly liked the in House massage service, so much more relaxing in our own environment. I would highly recommend Krabi Beach House to anyone as the perfect holiday location.

Unterkunft - oder besser: kleines Häuschen - war prima und Ann war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich (57) und mein Sohn (19) waren 3 Tage da umd wären gern noch länger geblieben. Roller/Motorbike sinnvoll/nötig, den Ann unkompliziert für uns organisiert hat. Gute Lage etwas Ausserhalb, daher kein Strandpromenaden-Alarm. AnNang und KrabiTown gut mit Roller zu erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung, würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 🫶🏼

TRAUMHAFT! Noi & Oliver haben ihr Bestes gegeben, um uns einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen! Die Unterkunft hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und mit dem Roller (ein Muss) kommt man zu den besten Spots! Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben! Für Thailand weiche Betten. Zu den Hosts: Es gibt wirklich keine Besseren! Sie haben sich um alles Organisatorische gekümmert. Wir wurden vom Pier abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gefahren. Sie haben sich um unsere Roller gekümmert, welche uns vor die Tür gebracht wurden. Oliver ist mit uns zum Arzt gefahren, war stets interessiert wie es uns geht und was er uns gutes tun kann. Wir haben eine lange Liste bekommen mit Restaurant- und Aktivitätsempfehlungen. Oliver hat sich um einen wunderschönen Ausflug für uns gekümmert. Wir haben in einem der beliebtesten Restaurants immer einen reservierten Tisch bekommen. Der persönliche Kontakt war sehr besonders. Eine Herzensempfehlung von uns allen Vier. Vielen Dank!

Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est fonctionnelle et vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire ainsi que différents endroits pour se poser. Je recommande.

Simple, clean, quiet detached ensuite room set in peaceful grounds about 100m walk from the wonderful beach. If you’re lucky you get a hammock and a cat to pet. Beach access is via the outdoor seating area of the adjacent beachside restaurant. Laundry service, shops, travel agents and some excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

Really beautiful location for a cabin in the jungle - suuuuuper private location so you feel completely alone and in touch with nature. we saw monitor lizards, frogs, a green snake and birds. getting to the cabin is difficult unless you’re comfortable on a bike or you drive. the hill is really steep and bendy and very tricky if it’s raining - my partner and i got caught in the rain whilst riding up and it was a bit freaky - but this has nothing to do with Adul and is just something to note when going here. if you’re new to bike riding then avoid, you’ll struggle to get up and down the hill. The fuse box blew for us at around 1am and we figured out where the issue was ourselves - thankfully the tripped fuse was in the garden, and not internal, so we were okay. You’re out in the country side, electrics failing is normal sometimes. the inside has a wicked TV and sound system, gorgeous balcony/patio and a nice pool. would stay again! 💗

Excellent house at the end of a rubber plantation overlooking a natural lake which comes and goes with the tide. The house is perfect, equipped with everything for long stays (I stayed here 1 month). beaches are beautiful on this island, food is good and be sure to hike the mountain. Anit is extremely helpful and assisted with everything possible, even motorbike hire. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the beautiful island of Koh Jum.

We stayed here for two months. By the end of it we felt like family. What a find. A real gem outside of the busy main area of Ao Nang and nestled in the rubber plantation. We were very sad to leave this perfect little paradise. Thanks to Funta, Sumet, Jai, Wood and their family’s for having us x

Techin and his staff were the perfect hosts. The location is a little distance from Ao Nang. But this is definitely not an issue. As the resort offers very reasonable priced transport into the town and surrounding area. They also arranged our airport transfer both ways. which was more convenient and cheaper than other options.

The house was stunning, just as described, very clean and couldn’t fault it. The pool was clean also and had a gorgeous outside area with plenty of room. I would say that the location is quite secluded but on the other hand you had everything you needed. You have restaurants round the corner which the host Giles kindly recommend us, along with other brilliant recommendations he gave us!

Fantastiskt fint hus med härlig pool. Jättenära att gå ner till beachen. Alla sängkläder o handdukar fräscha. Rent o fint. Villa-området är välskött och ett stort plus att man jättebilligt köper flaskvatten i ”dunk” som kopplas till kyl-apparat så att man alltid har kallt vatten. Behöver man ny dunk ställer man ut den tomma med 25 Baht så byts den. Fin kontakt med värd som svarade snabbt på frågor. Fanns AC både i sovrummen och vardagsrummet. Även fläktar om man föredrar det. Fläktarna kunde även användas ute för att få behagligare klimat och fläkta bort mygg. Fanns även en ”mygg-dödarmaskin”. Nära till 7-11 där det viktigaste finns. Även en mini-mart nära. Vill man ha större supermarket så är det 10 min med taxi i Saladan. Allt var toppen och vi trivdes jättejättebra! Vi var där som familj med 2 tonåringar och en vuxen dotter. Alla var lika nöjda!

Our stay was amazing. The Villa is great and the view on the beach is amazing mostly during sunset. Pu, the house manager, was amazing. She was responsive and took care of the motorbike rental for us. She also gave us great recommendations for excursions and massage place, she was very friendly and we had a great stay thanks to her! Thank you! Only pain point in the Villa was the lack of shower gel and shampoos in bathroom, and the bedsheets were too small to cover ourselves and blankets (duvets) were missing - which is uncomfortable while sleeping with A/C.

The place was amazing, we loved how clean the pool and our place was. We definitely recommended it. It was the perfect place for our family.

Lovely little villa, everything was clean on arrival and in a great location. You could walk to restuarants, but probably easier to get a bike/car. There was a lovely beach opposite with small beach bar. In Koh Lanta everthing is not too far away. Nick is on site most of the time, so if you need any information with trips/Bikes etc.. I would definitely recommend staying here

Nous avons séjourné du 29 janvier au 05 février et avons passé une semaine extraordinaire, la maison était au delà de nos attentes, si nous revenons à Ko Lanta c’est certain que nous y séjournerons de nouveau

Wonderful villa with amazing views and fantastic sunsets.

Nous étions un groupe de 10 amis. La villa était parfaite, très agréable et spacieuse. Belle plage accessible à pied. Restaurants et bars à proximité. Un petit paradis pour une belle parenthèse....
