And only a little walk along the gravel path to the ocean. The house is located on the plot where we live, with its own small terrace overlooking the sea and nature. On the property there are chickens, cats and a couple of ducks that move freely. The house is fine for 2 people but can accommodate 3. If you are a couple with a child, the home can also accommodate this. The house is a mini house ❤️

A vacation in our cozy, authentic cottage is pure comfort. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for a single family) and contains an atmospheric living room with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. In connection with the living room is a new kitchen from 2022. The house's sleeping accommodations are divided into a room with a double bed, a room with bunk beds - most suitable for children. The last sleeping accommodations are in the newly decorated annex and consist of two double beds. Please note that the house is of an older date, which has been continuously renovated.

It is about 2.6 km to Skødshoved beach with cozy little harbor, ice cream house and restaurant. 1 small dog is welcome. In the summer, arrival and departure are preferred on weekends. If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Lovely large bathroom with washer and dryer. Cozy and homely decorated. 900 meters to the sea. 2.5 kilometers to Skødshoved harbor and beach. About 20 minutes drive to Ebeltoft, 40 minutes to Djurs summerland and 45 minutes to Aarhus.
