We spent a few days at this wonderful place last week, and it was truly a dream. We were looking for peace and rest, and we found exactly that—and so much more. The atmosphere is calm and soothing, the surroundings are beautiful, and the space itself is incredibly comfortable and cozy. The view and the nature around us felt like a dream come true. We felt deeply connected to the environment, and even though the pictures are beautiful, they simply can’t capture the feeling of actually being there. It’s something you have to experience for yourself. The hosts were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and stress-free, which made everything even more enjoyable. We’re extremely happy with our stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended if you need to recharge in a peaceful, welcoming environment!

Contact and reception were very friendly. Suitable for large families. Children and adolescents were able to occupy themselves very well with the available toys and equipment, such as billiard table, kicker, table tennis in the building. Great covered barbecue area and fireplace available. We enjoyed the stay in the Backesgarten very much.

Nici and Frank's house is really worth a stay. We spent an extended weekend here with 3 families (one child each) and were super satisfied. The house is perfectly furnished and above all the kitchen, living and dining area are sensational and invite you to linger. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good, so we could not use the great terrace and the beautiful garden. The hosts are super friendly and help quickly if there is a question. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will certainly stay here again.

It was a very nice stay and we felt comfortable at all times. The animals on the farm were also very trusting. Nowhere else can you find more nature and digital detox.

The place is really great. The garden with sauna and whirlpool is the absolute highlight. We had a great time and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation!

Philippe is a superhost. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything. It feels like you're home. The garden is also beautifully landscaped. For me personally, the most beautiful air bnb I have stayed in. Philippe explained everything well and responded extremely quickly to our messages. The area is very nice. Our stay at Heike's was very nice. The check-in and also the check-out were very straightforward thanks to the key box. The apartment is as described, everything is neat and clean. We enjoyed our days at Heike's very much and felt comfortable in the apartment.

A wonderful house with all the amenities you need. All rooms have beautiful views of Cochem and the Imperial Castle. The house still has beautiful old details and is cozy, especially the balcony on the side where you can enjoy the afternoon sun with a delicious wine with another beautiful view. The two garages are also very pleasant. You can easily walk to the center, which is very nice. Super nice place Best Feike

The house is a beautiful oasis and a good starting point for Eifel hiking. We enjoyed the tasteful design as well as the great cleanliness, the well-equipped kitchen with beautiful ceramic porcelain and the soothing relaxation in the sauna. The views of the surrounding nature were a pure invitation to slow down. In short: a thoroughly recommended domicile.

Very satisfied with this stay. Everything was correct with description and photos. Very easy to check in yourself through the key locker. More than enough facilities available to prepare your own food/drinks, etc. Also very clean. We really didn't miss anything. I can't say much about the area as we just stayed there for a festival nearby. I definitely recommend this stay!!!

It was absolutely excellent with Christian and Katja. The view is unbeatable and the apartment has been furnished with great care. In addition to the view, the kitchen is also a real eye-catcher, in which you really miss nothing. We felt super comfortable and would be happy to come back :) Even in the case of minor "complications", Christian was there for us and we were able to find a solution for everything. It was great! The very quiet and beautifully located accommodation was easy to find and we were greeted almost to the minute. We felt very welcome right away and everything was very nicely arranged for us. Inside, it's even more beautiful than in the photos. Much of it looks like new, especially the kitchen and living area are modern and high-quality. The amenities are very extensive - it lacks nothing. Everything is bright and friendly and you have a great, unobstructed view of the beautiful landscape. The balcony and garden area with barbecue are also nice to use, where you can start or end the day, as well as in the sauna. There is more than enough space for vehicles, everything was very clean and the hosts were always available to us (very short response times). The surrounding area offers a lot of nature - the barefoot park is practically in sight. Many worthwhile excursion destinations can be reached quickly by car. We can therefore recommend this accommodation without reservation!

Hidden gem! Ebbo was so friendly and helped to get us situated from the very beginning - meeting us at the house, answering questions, and giving us recommendations. The place was beautiful and very well equipped - plenty of dishes, local wine for purchase, and coffee pots on every level. The house was in a quiet, peaceful town, and was also well-located within a short drive of wonderful river towns like Cochem, Trier, Traben-Trarbach, and Berkastel-Keus. Two highlights of our trip were bike riding along the Mosel River and the Calmont-Klettersteig hike. Parking at the house was a little tricky with a large vehicle, but there was plenty of easy parking at a nearby church (3 min walk). Great host and great place to stay!

We were here over the weekend and enjoyed the stay very much. The place is a bit remote, after an active day you can relax super. You can start some hikes directly at the accommodation, otherwise you can reach the Moselle in 15 minutes by car. Particularly pleasant, especially for sleeping, was the relatively cool indoor temperature of the apartment in the midsummer weather with >30 degrees, otherwise we were very satisfied, we lacked nothing.

We experienced some difficulties during check in (completely our fault), but thanks again Patricia for your help especially considering late time. Clean and cozy apartment. All the necessary little things like salt and dishwasher tablets (remember, guest - if you use something, leave the same or something else, so Airbnb will remain what it was intended to be:) ). Happy to get back when visiting Bad Bertrich again.

We had a great time in Bremm. The house was perfect for 4 people, very clean and lovingly renovated. Jon gave us some good advice for hikes and places to eat. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great house with a large plot. The furnishings (elegant and tasteful) left nothing to be desired. We were nine (3 children - 3.9 and 10 years) for three nights guests in Dorit's house. The existing games and sports facilities (table tennis, kicker, darts) allowed for cross-generational fun. The location is quiet; from the location, there are many possibilities to explore many sights while hiking. We give our host and the holiday home 5 out of 5 points.

What a beautiful location this is! We really enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful view. The cottage is small, but basically has everything you need. The private access to the lake is great, you really have the feeling of being completely alone in nature. Fortunately, we did not experience others walking by. The separate bath/shower area was not a problem for us, it was actually nice to walk there every time. However, the cottage was indeed a bit dusty as a number of people mention, the cleaning may need some extra attention. On the other hand, it was very neatly cleaned up and generally neat! Fabian and his father are incredibly friendly hosts! Thank you for letting us stay in your cottage. We already miss the view and would love to come back!

The house is maintained to a high standard. There are all the utensils in the kitchen, including for preparing meals. The beds are comfortable. The shower and toilet are large. In short, everything is of a high standard.
