My wife and I stayed here for a week and we would definitely come back again! Everything was as described, public transport was a breeze, and the location was perfect. Die sichtlich neue Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt verkehrsmäßig günstig: mit der Straßenbahnlinie 2 und der U-Bahn ist man gut angebunden. Michael hat immer schnell und freundlich reagiert, wenn wir was brauchten. Er ist wirklich sehr bemüht. Die Wohnung ist an und für sich völlig ruhig gelegen, auf der Terrasse ist es absolut still, obwohl mitten in der Stadt. Leider wird im Moment im Innenhof gebaut, sodass wir diese Ruhe außen erst nach Feierabend wahrnehmen konnten. Die Fenster schließen zum Glück sehr gut, sodass in der Wohnung nichts vom Baulärm hörbar ist. Auch die Klimaanlage ist ein Segen, v.a. an heißen Tagen in Wien. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter.

It was a very beautiful and comfortable environment to stay in. Whenever I had a question, communication via message was quick and very flexible. It was about a 5-minute walk from the station, and there was a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. I would love to stay at this apartment again when I visit Vienna. Thank you very much.

wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem netten Appartement. Die Terrasse und der Blick in den Garten ist wunderbar. Alles war wie beschrieben, der Check-In sehr einfach, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin perfekt, die Wohnung und das Bad sehr sauber. Die Haltestelle der Strassenbahn Nr 40 ist direkt um die Ecke und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Alles in allem der optimale Standort für einen Aufenthalt in Wien. Das Café Ecke Erndtgasse ist sehr zu empfehlen - allerdings kostet die Qualität ihren Preis. In der Pizzeria Monte Rosa haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wer Wien erkunden und dem Trubel der Stadt entfliehen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Wenn wir nochmal in diese Gegend kommen sollten…. Ich würde stets versuchen wieder in diese Wohnung zu kommen…. Einfach nur 🔝

Our stay at this apartment was a wonderful experience! The host was extremely kind and helpful, and everything went smoothly. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated — really tasteful. The location is excellent, with the subway, tram, and bus stops nearby, and shops just a few minutes’ walk away. We felt completely at home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Sophie’s! The apartment was amazing with a spacious layout, clean and comfortable bed and cute decor. It’s right next to a train station which made getting around very easy. Sophie was super helpful with all our questions! 10/10 recommend!

From the first moment we felt at home due to the very friendly and efficient way in which Katinka, the host, welcomed us. She helped carrying suit cases and gave lots of practical information about public transport, shops in the vicinity, all kind of details about the peculiar Vienna parking system, etc. She was always reachable via cell phone and was at our disposal whenever we needed her. She was genuinely interested in our experiences of the past day. The fact that Katinka also speaks fluently English was helpful. She is a perfect host. Also the cosy apartment made us feel at home with 4 separate spacious rooms in typical East European City style: spacious hall, large living/bedroom , kitchen and bathroom, lots of windows with traditional double glass windows. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the beautiful traditional apartment building, with its typical stairway hall. This made us forget that there was no elevator to the second floor where we lived. A place to return.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer herrlichen Lage, direkt an der Alten Donau mit Zugang zur alten Donau. Die Wohnung ist sehr schöne eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht Es ist eine Wohnung zum Erholen und Entspannen. Die U- Bahn ist in direkter Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Diese Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen . Wir kommen gerne wieder

This perfectly equipped studio flat has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Shops, amenities and tram stops are all within easy walking distance. Travel time to the centre of Vienna is about 15 minutes. The flat itself is impeccably clean and well equipped. On the first floor of a characteristic building and welcomingly quiet. Morgane was on hand to promptly answer my queries and was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Norbert was a really superb, hospitable, and likeable host and I very much enjoyed staying at his studio apartment. It's a beautiful place in a quiet location with a nice view. He was an excellent communicator prior to my arrival, and his directions to his place were perfect. If I return to Vienna, I will definitely try to stay with him again. The electricity went out during my stay. Norbert responded immediately and energetically. He and one of his sons worked diligently with an electrician a couple of times before it was able to be resolved, and he provided a refund for the interrupted nights. This could have happened to any host because the damage was caused by an adjacent business. His responsiveness was exemplary. I'm grateful for his responsiveness. I unreservedly recommend him as a host and his place as a lodging!

Eine stilvolle, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit besonderer Atmosphäre – alles war sauber, durchdacht und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten bequem, die Lage ideal: Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür, in 15 Min. ist man im Zentrum. Dank des privaten Parkplatzes war auch die Anreise stressfrei. Unsere Gastgeber Kati, Niko und Taiko waren wunderbar: freundlich, herzlich, präsent im Kontakt, mit perfekt organisiertem Self-Check-in und persönlichen Empfehlungen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und sind erfüllt von schönen Eindrücken nach Hause gefahren. Um alles zu entdecken, was Wien zu bieten hat, braucht es definitiv einen zweiten Aufenthalt – den wir mit Freude bei euch verbringen würden! Danke für alles – 5 🌟 von Herzen! Liebe Grüße, Esmer🌸

A very beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Vienna, it matches the vibe of the city perfectly. The bed is very comfortable and I slept great! My only complaint was that it's rather far out of the way of the main city center, but otherwise I'd happily stay here again!

Diese Unterkunft liegt amvRand des neuen Sonnwendviertels und ist mit Öffis super angebunden. Der Viktor Adler Markt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse ist super!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Schmuckstück! Einzig die Ankunft war etwas turbulent, weil das Zahlenfeld bei der Eingangstüre defekt war und wir so bei unserer Ankunft nach 22:00 auf einen netten Nachbarn angewiesen waren, der uns die Tür zur Straße geöffnet hat. Abgesehen davon war aber alles wie beschrieben und auch trotz der Hitze in Wien war es in der Wohnung auch temperaturtechnisch gut auszuhalten; gemütlich ist sie -wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich - sowieso. :-) Die Gegend ist ruhig und dank des gemütlichen Bettes haben wir super schlafen können. Wir würden das Apartment definitiv wieder buchen!

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti Slavisan huoneistossa. Sijainti oli mainio: hyvät julkisen liikenteen yhteydet & kauppoja, ravintoloita ja erinomainen leipomo aivan nurkan takana. Slavisa reagoi välittömästi pyyntöihimme ja järjesti kaikki asiat mitä toivoimme. Majoitumme jatkossa oikein mielellämme uudestaan Slavisan erinomaisessa huoneistossa!

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

Individuelle Unterkunft mit Charme. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme, große Matratze, große Badewanne mit Sprudel. Wer Filme/Serien oder so schauen möchte bringe sich am besten einen Adapter mit für den Computer (HDMI kommt aus der Wand und ist mit dem Beamer verbunden. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen, sind Bus und Straßenbahn. (Linie zwei empfehlen wir, weil sie oberirdisch ist und man so viel sehen kann). Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, haben wir auch die Erlaubnis bekommen, früher einzustecken, was wir sehr freundlich fanden. Leider hatten wir dann Probleme die Tür zu öffnen aber nach dem Telefonat mit dem AirBnB Support hat auch das geklappt. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Wien sehr genossen.
