minors under 18 not accompanied by at least one adult in the flat are not allowed rent on the island you will find bike hire, including electric bikes, 4 Atm, a shipping agency, an excursion agency etc... as a reminder, your stay is for rental only. Towels are changed every 2 days and sheets every 4 nights. You are responsible for cleaning. Cleaning on the last day is included, except for the dishes, which must be clean and tidy, the rubbish bins and the fridge, which must be emptied.

Built around the Cycladic arches called Camares, almost at the entrance of the Castle the studio is located in a well-known neighborhood that combines both the privacy and the vibrant life of restaurants wine bars and every kind of store. The studio features a king size bed, a sofa bed for 2, a kitchenette and a private bathroom as well as a private terrace overlooking the sea and the busy streets. The harbor, the beach and two public parking lots are also very close to the apartment.

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

Kambones 1615 Ηistoric Venetian home

Kambones 1615 is a lovingly restored historic home which has been in our family for centuries. Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . The old furniture has been restored and every beautiful feature has been preserved. The thick stone walls make it cool in summer and warm off season . We are certified by Ecotourism Greece .

Lovely studio 23m² for 3 persons, in traditional island style on Koufonissi island (small Cyclades). The property is at the quiet side of the main village (Louros area): 450m (4 mins walk) to the central beach of the settlement (Ammos beach), 300m (3 mins) to the nearest taverna, pharmacy, super market, medical centre, 400m to the travel agent's and ATM and 800m (10 mins) to the port.
