Holiday rentals with a patio in Klarenbeek

We had a lovely stay in Kampen with Iris and Lukas. Everything you invited was present. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the bed also slept very well. In short, we definitely recommend it for future guests! 😊

It's a special home, one-of-a-kind that offers beautiful design and comfort. We stayed a number of days with our dog after a hectic time and enjoyed resting in the beautiful and private environment. Very comfortable beds and living area. The town of Nijkerk is lovely with pedestrian areas, restaurants, and train station with 30 minute ride to Utrecht, where we went to explore.

Peter was a particularly courteous and nice host. We felt right at home. The communication in advance went absolutely smoothly. The apartment is very centrally located and everything can be reached on foot.

Very nice cottage! And a nice cozy layout. Beautiful green plants in the house and a fresh forest of hyacinths on the table. We were cold when entering but the place was heated very quickly. From the cottage, you can walk into the woods to various clog paths. I would definitely recommend this cottage to others, and I would definitely book it again myself. What a great weekend we had. Top location. Very nice and clean apartment. Berlinda has received us very friendly. 1 time breakfast taken and this was above expectation so much choice. We really liked that Diederik and his cheerful dog came to chat with us in the evening when we were sitting outside under the veranda. Not for nothing an extra night booked. In short, it was a very nice first experience through Air B&B. (5 stars and more from us!

Great house, especially the beautiful conservatory where we sat wonderfully. It is also very nice to be able to open the glass walls in good weather. Nice terrace. Special that the house is on a busy road, but due to the distance to the road there was no traffic to hear.

Beautiful house. Spacious, clean, nice view. And nice and free. Only thing you hear are birds and somewhere someone who works on the land. So rest everywhere. All provided, nice towels, good beds. Small note, the bedroom with the "older"bed had no direct outside light and air. They had solved it very well, but if you are someone who likes to sleep with an open window, you have to sleep in the room with the separate beds. Wasn't a problem for us, but it's just for your info. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

Hi, we were here for an extended weekend. We were immediately in a positive mood due to the communication with Silke, who was super likeable from the first minute. Super pleasant start with key handover at the reception. There were a lot of people speaking German, no matter where, whether at the registration, in the restaurant, on the beach or wherever in the super cute kiosk at the park, and they were all very sweet. The best thing about all this wonderful house right on the lake. 2 minutes and you can start relaxing and having fun in the water right at the dog beach. In the photos, we first thought the garden was unfortunately not fenced, but NO, the garden is fenced!!! That was ultra cool. Beware, small dogs (like my dachshund lady) find a way to the lake under the terrace. There is a vacancy here, but maybe your people are better educated and are not looking for extinguishers:D The house simply offers a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy life! Will definitely come back ♡

We are two sisters and spent 3 nights in the beautiful chalet. We liked it very much. It is modernly furnished and we loved the winter garden with the hammock. Everything was very clean and we lacked nothing. The landlord was very friendly. We can recommend this chalet 100%.

This was by far one of the best vacation rentals I had ever booked. The equipment of the kitchen is almost like at home, sharp knives, lots of classic spices, oil, etc. That you could also use, so you don't have to buy everything new or bring it from home. The communication was actually the best I've experienced so far. Responses to Frahen came partly within two minutes and Annette was also incredibly friendly. In addition, there are many great children's games in the accommodation that our children also liked to play with. The garden is beautiful and clear and every morning and every evening Gustav, the little enterich, came by and let us feed. All in all a very clear recommendation!!!

We loved our stay with Werner and Friederike. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times, and they even left some welcome presents for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful and artistic, every detail has been taken care of. The garden is incredible. We enjoyed our days at Werner's and Friederike's house thoroughly and we highly recommend to stay with them.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

Nice ground floor apartment, spacious enough and great location compared to the center of Arnhem. Unfortunately, no access to the garden at the back for the bikes, only through the house.

The space was clean and cozy, even though the furniture was a little older. But this did not detract from the stay – everything was functional and in good condition. The contact with the hostess was very pleasant, friendly and straightforward. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the place!
