Holiday rentals with breakfast in Klamath River

We had a great stay here! Jaime was very communicative, and coming in during a snow storm, she ensured the driveway as plowed and gave us travel tips to get us there safely. Great location for skiing nearby Mt Shasta, would love to come back!

We lived in the house for 9 days with a 3-year-old child. Our stay was simply excellent. The house has absolutely everything necessary for long-term and short-term living. The owner is always in touch, answered my messages quickly. The child was very happy with all sorts of new games, swings outside and of course the deer that nibbled the grass in the yard)) Thank you very much!

We absolutely loved this airb&b. The location could not have been better. We were able to be very close to redwoods and beaches. The house was very nice and had everything we could ask for. We especially loved the homemade freezer jams and fresh eggs! We would highly recommend this home and hope to visit from Georgia again!

Marshawn's place had some really cool features. My kids loved the bunk bed room with the Pacman, and the record player and pellet stove were fun to have. Note that this is right on the HWY so the car traffic noise is noticeable, but overall our stay was very comfortable!

Great four night stay. Loved the curated style of the Quarters and the whole property! Fantastic location, walkable to everything in town and great base to explore further afield. Lovely welcoming touches throughout. Quiet, casual yet romantic anniversary, which is what we wanted! Don’t skip Tuyas for great Mexican food (admit to eating there three times 😊) and Poppa Joes for old school hearty breakfast!

Liz's home is in the top tier of places we've stayed. Great location situated 20 minutes from Lassen National Park and located amidst beautiful redwoods in a quiet neighborhood. Her home is super clean with ample space for 6 people including an office, large living room, and spacious kitchen. Liz went above and beyond the norm with amenities, food, and supplies akin to what you'd expect staying with family in their home. Her kitchen had a great assortment of cooking supplies, staples, spices, paper towels, and fresh eggs from her coop. All the appliances are in perfect condition. It felt exactly like home without anything lacking. The beds, pillows, and covers are very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and modern. Heating is via the wood burning stove that you'll need to operate depending on the weather and your preferences. She provides plenty of wood and tools for managing a warm, roaring fire. We had a great time and highly recommend Liz's home.

What a wonderful little cabin decorated in such a classy Northern California vintage style! We felt so welcome and the cabin was warm and comfy. We had a great stay and Caitlin was such a great host. Hope we can visit and stay again.

Rebecca's cottage is clean and well stocked. It's located in a quiet neighborhood close to good restaurants. Rebecca is good at communicating information about the stay.

we needed a last minute place and they had availability and responded immediately, extremely friendly and amazing people, the place was absolutely amazing and beautiful we didn't want to leave a I know I will be back, they house and area are unbelievably beautiful we fully recommend this place,I can say enough good things about Barbara and Patrick and their amazing home

Kim was very accommodating. The location was perfect for a weekend getaway and Kim personalized it for our anniversary. The hot tub was great and the outdoor fireplace was set up and ready to use for us as soon as we got there. It was very private and quiet, would recommend.

We had a lovely stay here! The house was lovely and cozy. Thyra and Christine were very communicative and helpful; they have clear and helpful instructions for fun hikes around the area. The kitchen is well thought out and has all the basics you need to start cooking a great meal. They also include food for you, which was extremely thoughtful and appreciated. Can't recommend it enough—wish our stay here was longer!

Beautiful property, clean and quiet studio that was thoughtfully furnished with all the amenities needed in case you left something at home. Appreciated having the fridge and plenty of space to store my belongings. Incredible location to watch the coast, sunset, and even a cozy library to read while watching the ocean. Despite being so private and secluded I was still able to walk to trails and restaurants which I appreciated. Barbara and Patrick were great hosts, responsive and respected my privacy.

We were on a road trip down the 101 and this was the perfect landing spot for a nights rest before heading into the Redwood National Forrest. Patrick was a friendly host and greeted up upon arrival. We arrived late and did not have a chance to take in the coastal views unfortunately. Snacks are provided during the stay and was nice to have because many places were closed when we arrived. EV charging is provided and if you have a Tesla, you will need your own JJ adapter to charge your car and was easy to access. We would stay here again

The EV charger made this stay much more enjoyable and the location was perfect for day trips to Boardman Scenic Corridor and all the amazing beaches, views and hiking. Soaking in the tub added to the spa like bathroom. While the garden unit is more studio like, the bath and kitchen are great. We spent 6 nights and look forward to a future return. A+ for the hosts extra touches like ground coffee and instant oatmeal that made the stay easier. The flowers and the views onto the sea stacks in Harris State park and early morning strolls on that beach made for a memorable stay. Loved the mocha at Kissing Rock Coffee in Gold Beach and did lots of beach walking.

Wow! I can’t believe what a wonderful oasis Katie’s place is! Even more impressive, spacious, and inviting than the photos. The back patio and fire table is a gem, the beds are perfect, and the entire home is spotless. We were greeted and given an intro to the home, and welcomed with homemade scones, great cheese, fruit, cream, and even beverages in the fridge! This place is such a good location and value, and Katie and her husband make it that much better.

Wendy & John are great hosts! Very accommodating for all your needs! Their Airbnb Ferndale Farmhouse is located just 3 miles west of Main Street Ferndale. From the dining room table...you look out to the large area of green- mowed- grass for campers to rent. The 2 bedrooms in the home for rent are well furnished & have very comfortable beds! Lots of beautiful flowers all around the home & property. Quiet country setting. The beach is an easy 1 mile drive from their place. I stayed here May 2024 & this May 2025.

She was attentive, and welcoming. She had made banana muffins - yum, very healthy choice for breakfast. Water sitting on the dresser with snacks with a flashlight & nightlight. Unscented body wash & sheets important for my allergies. It was a last minute reservation and she communicated and just cared. I had a a zoom meeting in the morning and enjoyed sitting in her beautiful backyard to attend- undisturbed. Very accommodating. We'll be back if possible. I needed to refrigerate stuff space was there and able to refreeze my ice packs she had an extra container of frozen water to give us. Again she was attentive and thoughtful.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Every morning, they surprised us with an amazing homemade breakfast and a vase of fresh-cut flowers, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch.Communication was fast, friendly, and super helpful. They gave us fantastic recommendations for local activities, making our trip even more memorable. The sunroom quickly became our favorite spot—watching the sunsets from there was an absolute dream. We couldn’t be more satisfied and will absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway with truly amazing hosts. I had an amazing stay! The bathroom was a standout feature—absolutely luxurious with a very large bathtub that felt even better than what you'd find in a high-end hotel. Everything was spotless and incredibly clean, which made the whole space feel even more comfortable. The surrounding community was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s also just a short walk to the Humboldt Trail, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea. The hosts were very friendly and talked with me a lot, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. Highly recommend!

If you are visiting Lassen NP and need to stay overnight, Martha's home is definitely the best place to be. Only 10 minutes drive to the park entrance, the huge house is situated in the quite woods. Beautiful surroundings, extremely clean inside, and the very welcoming hostess Martha. We got a lot of information around the area from Martha which is very helpful for our photo trip. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast and some interesting talks with Martha. We will definitely stay here again next time when we visit the park. Thank you very much Martha.

Patree has a whimsically decorated house, very close to the redwoods and to the center of crescent City. The bathroom and bed were both very clean, and she had everything we could possibly need. She was very lovely and took care of our every need, and even gave us a personal tour of the redwood forest! When we got back from dinner, she had warm fresh baked cookies for us. And in the morning when we woke up, she had breakfast ready for us, including fresh eggs from her chickens! I could not recommend staying with her enough, we had a great time

The place was great! Location was right by the beach and the home had everything you need and more. Fire, s’mores, pretty views, game room, and the most comfortable bed. Very accommodating, especially with our two dogs. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend.

Robin’s place was great, beautiful surroundings. There was an attention to the details about everything. She had stocked almost all the essential that one would need, actually more than that in our case. Recommend 100% specially if you’re looking to stay within the park boundaries.
