Labai patiko ! Šis "Parko pakrantės" projektas nuostabus ! Prabanga gyventi prie tvenkinio kranto ! Jaučiasi jauki ir savita bendruomenė. Labai geri namai, butas irgi labai geras, nors netoli judri gatvė, triukšmo nesigirdi. Buvo jauku dirbti jau paruoštoje darbo erdvėje 😁 Virtuvė irgi puiki ! Buto durys be rakto, dėl to didelis privalumas ir šiuolaikiška. 10/10 !

Very nice and responsive host. The flat is cosy and comfy, exactly as described. Easy to get in, lots of parking spaces in the inner yard (weekend). Good location.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or requests. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Klaipėda, close to major roads, perfect if you’re traveling by car. You can reach the city center in just 12–15 minutes (by car), while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the surrounding nature. There are a few mid-sized grocery shops and local restaurants nearby. Overall, the neighborhood feels newly developed, family-friendly, and very peaceful.

Toller Ausgangspunkt um Klaipeda und Umgebung zu erkunden. Gemütliches Sofa, gute Betten, schöne Terrasse mit kleinem Garten, der umzäunt ist! Dies ist besonders, wenn man mit Hunden reist, sehr angenehm. Mit Küchenutensilien (Tassen, Teller, Töpfe) ist die Wohnung eher sparsam ausgestattet, so dass wir die Spülmaschine nicht benutzt haben. Andrej hat sofort reagiert als wir den Wäscheständer vermissten und einen vorbei gebracht. Klaipeda ist eine sehr schöne, interessante Stadt und die Kurische Nehrung absolut sehenswert!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ein kleiner Makel war es, dass uns geschrieben wurde, es gibt nur Parkplätze für das Auto, die Gebührenpflichtig sind. Der Preis wäre dann doch zu hoch, 1,50 Euro pro Stunde ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu teuer. Aber es gibt Parkplätze auf dem Hof. Die sind nur für Anwohner. Da wir aber eine Wohnung gemietet hatten, waren wir ja so zusagen Anwohner und haben unser Auto dort abgestellt. Eigentlich sollt für die Wohnung dort eine Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden sein. Das wäre noch eine sehr gute Verbesserung. Sonst war alles echt super.

Lägenheten är i toppklass. Väldigt välutrustad med allt du kan önska dig. Fullt utrustat kök. Rent och fräscht. Inte särskilt lyhört men ändå nära till allt i centrala Klaipeda. Allmänna parkeringsplatser finns på gatorna utanför. Inga problem att hitta lediga parkeringar.

Viskas labai patiko – būstas atitiko tiek aprašymą, tiek nuotraukas. Buvo jauku ir patogu. Gal tik norėtųsi stipresnės dušo srovės 😄

Wow WOW! This place and host are extraordinary!! The place is a million times better than described in my opinion. Neighbourhood is safe (I am a woman travelling solo), grocery store nearby and everything quite close but not too close to be noisy (I slept both nights with the windows open). If ever I get back to Klaipeda, I would absolutely stay here. Lots of local information provided and a chocolate map of Lithuania is a very thoughtful touch.

Puikiai, stilingai ir patogiai įrengtas butas. Bute buvo visko ko galėjo prireikti. Šeimininkas buvo lengvai pasiekiamas tiek žinutėmis tiek skambučiais, bei iniciatyvus sprendžiant smulkias iškylusias problemas. Trumpai: puikus kainos, kokybės santykis

Labai buvo nuostabus ir išvaizdus jaukus butukas kuris tikrai labai sukėlė emocijų ir jaukumo jame būti ir nuostabi aplinka.

Apsistojome tik vienai nakvynei, bet patirtis tiesiog puiki! Malonūs, paslaugūs, draugiški šeimininkai. Labai tvarkinga graži aplinka. Būstas taip pat švarus, tvarkingas, yra kavos aparatas su puikia kava. Tiesiog pagalvota apie kiekvieną poilsiautoją ir ypatingai apie pačius mažiausius. Jūra tikrai laaabai arti. Likome labai sužavėti! Sėkmės! 🌸

Šiuolaikiškai įrengtas butas ramioje gyvenvietėje. Viešnagės metu buvo visko, ko gali prireikti tiek ilgesniam, tiek trumpesniam apsistojimui. Labai patogi lova ir aplinka tinkama ramiam poilsiui. Dalia visada buvo pasiekiama ir greitai atsakė į kilusius klausimus :)

Excellent territory for family with children. Apartments are clean, well designed and equipped.

Apartamentai buvo švarūs ir grąžiai įrengti. Šeimai (du suaugę ir 2 vakai) pakankamai vietos, patogios lovos. Didelis balkonas kur galima ramiai romantiškai (su vaizdu į miškelį) pavakaroti. Rekomenduoju.
